We recently spent 3 nights at this hotel. Because we are Starwood Gold members we were able to upgrade to a junior suite. The desk staff were very helpful with directions and we especially appreciated the free shuttle to the old city. The restaurant was excellent, though service could be a bit slow. The only downside of the hotel is that it is quite far from town and there are few options for eating or entertainment nearby. The grounds are beautiful and while the rooms are a bit dated, they are comfortable. Because it is near the highway we were not able to open the window at night due to noise, which meant it was rather stuffy.

I stayed at the hotel with family on my parents' and brother's visit tour to Canada.
The rooms we got were great. The junior suites were very clean and spacious.
We ate at the hotel restaurants for a dinner and a few breakfasts. The food was great and service was wonderful!
The hotel shuttle was a marvelous idea, dropping off and picking us up from the beautiful fountain in front of the parliament building, which is literally steps away from the beautiful old Quebec City.

This is by far the worst Category-3 hotel I have stayed since I became a SPG member about 10 years ago. We had three families traveled together and reserved 2 Queen+sofa rooms and one 2-Queen room for three nights. We decided to leave after 2 nights.
We did not get the 2-Queen room, instead we had a Queen+sofa bed room, but the sofa bed was broken. One of the other rooms was so smelly that my friend's family could not stand it, The hotel did change the rooms for us after the first night. But we did not enjoy staying in this hotel at all, so checked out after the second night. The front desk staff was not professional and not well trained to handle guests who don't speak French, and the shuttle bus driver was mean. This hotel should not be classified as Category-3.
You can do better!

This hotel is so new that it's not on GPS- if you haven't updated your GPS maps. But don't worry, the hotel clerk was very helpful in directing me (in perfect English) from the airport. It's probably not a hotel you would want to stay if you want to see the typical tourist stuff; but for a business hotel (which is what you should expect from a Four Points) it's an excellent hotel, very chic, stylish, comfortable, well equipped and clean.
The only one criticism (more like a warning) is to not dine at the attached Cosmos restaurant. Quebec City is so full of excellent restaurants that you should not waste your money at this surprisingly mediocre (and expensive for the quality) place.

I was amazed to see a Four Points with this quality. I was not impressed with the fact that the waiter did not liked the fact that I request the Platinum Continental Breakfast. Her attitude towards the table changed completely.
Anyways if you are a platinum member, just request the points and eat out.

We had a wonderful stay! The spa, room, and amenities were perfect and always prompt. The room was immaculate and the guest services were great.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, in a great location. The staff were friendly however not able to offer a high level of service expected. I booked my room and rate on the internet, and upon check-out the rate charged on my invoice was nearly double. The front desk said he could not make the change/credit, but that the on-duty manager would need to do it - she was not available so I had to leave with the issue unresolved. I have not received the credit so far (4 days later), and now need to chase up the hotel to ensure the credit is processed. Not a great way to end the trip. Desite the rate issue, would consider staying again.
