I'm falling in love with St. Regis. I use to stay in other 5 star luxury resort in Nusa Dua, but this one is now my new favourite one. I hope u give more special discounts to loyal member like me because i will definitely stay for many more occassions ^_^

We just spent a week in Bali at the St. Regis and can't say enough good things about the resort, staff and the experience. From the wonderful meet/greet service at the airport on arrival and departure to the gracious staff we met throughout our stay, the St. Regis Bali is a 5-star experience. We reserved a garden villa which was beautifully furnished, very private and had its own pool. We were a short walk from everything at the resort - the beach, the pool, the amazing lagoon, the restaurants, the spa and a well-equipped gym. The property has a beautiful, well-maintained beach and there is a stunning swimming spot just a short walk away. The St. Regis offer a number of restaurants on the resort and we sampled them all. We had great food and service everywhere, except for a burger that they serve well done, as fully disclosed on the menu. I should have known better - I'm a medium rare kinda of guy. The breakfast buffet lives up to its billing - anything you could ever imagine, daily specials presented at your table, lots of fresh juices and smoothies and plenty of staff to take care of you, all with big gracious smiles. The butlers and concierge were very helpful with recommendations for activities, ground transportation and restaurants. Our special thanks to the Chief Butler Carlos and Butler Amos - they took such great care of us. While the room rate is not cheap, your rate will include things you'll pay extra for at many other high end resorts: airport transfers, breakfast, wifi, bottled water, even diet cokes at breakfast. It certainly takes away the nickel/dime feeling that i've had at some other 5-star resorts. We'd happily go back.

We visited the St Regis Bali in Aug 2013 and found the resort to be perfect, great service, incredible staff and facility - could not be better, highly recommended, we will surely come back many times.

If I say by paying so much, luxurious airport transfer is a must... well that's not always the case. But the experience I had with St Regis was just beyond luxurious airport transfer. Airport pick up was quick, the car had already waited for us (we did not have to wait for the car to arrive from the parking lot) despite the fact that our plane arrived late. Hotel check-in experience was another thing. Upon arriving at the resort, I realized that I had left my wallet (that's all I remember) in the plane. The staff quickly called up their stand-by officer at the airport to deal with lost and found. I was panicking but they made my check in experience so swift before I knew it, I was already escorted to my room. Less than 10 minutes in the room, Nizel, the staff at front desk called me up to inform me that they did not find wallet at lost and found instead, they found car keys on my name! (which I did not realized I had left it as well) Subsequent;y, they tried their best to collect the item without my presence in lost and found, and they did. I had my car keys delivered to my room in the late afternoon. Then the rest of the experience just adds on to the excellent service level. Landscape, interior and the gourmet deli is one to be well regarded. Additional WOW factor: the breakfast experience... you name it: river lobster egg omelet, steak and omelet, 'Bali Marie' moctail...delicious waffel (seldom do I find good waffel nowadays) etc etc. Last.... back to airport.. and the airport staff who was the same guy who picked us up, dealt with lost and found, checked us all the way through (his name is Budi by the way).

We are very happy that we chose the St Regis Bali for our wedding and to start our family vacation. This was our 3rd time back to this resort. Each time I am reminded why this is my favorite island and resort. It was a pleasure working with Dwi to plan our wedding. She was very helpful and prepared for every event. I never had to worry that something would be missed even with all of our special requests. Carlos also went above and beyond his duties to make sure our wedding was flawless and our guests were taken care of. He surprised us with many things during our stay and felt like part of the family. We would not have had so much help and support at any other resort. Our butler Andi was so friendly and accommodating. He always appeared after breakfast to drive us back to our villa and checked in with us throughout the day. Everyone at the resort make us feel so welcomed and at home each time we visit. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. We have been able to stay in the Gardenia Villa, Lagoon Villa and Strand Villa. Each has something different to offer but our favorite is probably the Gardenia Villa because of the privacy. The lagoon pool is HUGE! Breakfast is the best we have ever had. You can order anything off the menu and they always bring dished around for you to try. I believe the new airport and bypass roads will be complete this year which should speed up travel. Can't wait for our next visit!

I've stayed in my share of luxury hotels, but this one easily ranks in my top five. From the delicious breakfast and attentive service to the plush accommodations and public areas, the St. Regis Bali makes every effort to anticipate your needs. Although 60% full during our stay, we felt like we were the only guests. It was a perfect start to our honeymoon.
We had one issue during our stay when, on our third night, there was construction noise in the hallway. It really was not too bad, but the manager immediately appeared at our room and offered to move us to a villa. It was the best possible solution to the issue.
Be aware that the resort is somewhat far from the busy areas like Ubud. This was fine for us because our intention was to spend our days by the beach at the hotel and do nothing. The concierge did an excellent job arranging a driver on the one day we ventured out, and complimentary transportation to/from the airport makes up for the long drive.

The best place I've ever been.
Learning center's staffs were took good cafe of my son, therefore we were comportable.
So, I will recommend St.regis to my friends who want to travel on Bali.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days during last April with my wife. It was the incentive trip of my company. Briefly it was a fantastic, luxury and enjoyable experience for us. Especialy I can't forget eating beef with labster at buffet resterant in every morning. It was awesom!. I would like to reccommend to anyone who want to have a relaxed vacation. Never forget it.

Spent our honeymoon at this lavish retreat. I cannot begin to express what an amazing time we had. We stayed in a lagoon villa, highly recommended. The grounds of this resort are gorgeous, with the tranquil flow of water at every turn. Never felt crowded, and the attention to detail is unsurpassed. The extremely high level of service permeates every aspect of the resort from the gardeners to the resort executives. The included breakfast buffet , (lobster omelets, are you kidding!), as well as any dining experience in the resort is exceptional. Want to know what it feels like to be treated like royalty? The hotel grounds are very well maintained with lush gardens. The salt water lagoon is so nice and relaxing, my boys loved it and want to go there everyday! Our plunge pool suite is spacious and the decor is beautiful. The staff were very attentive and helpful! We all enjoyed our stay at the resort and look forward to our next stay there!

I've been to Bali number of times, and Room/facility quality is the highest among the others.
One impression which my family received was hospitality can be further improved as no service is proactively provided 'unless we ask' + didn't experience much attention to kids as similarly experienced in other resort like Ayana.
However, any services 'asked' were beyond perfect, and food/facility was much better than other hotels. Tks!

Stunning location, georgous suites and resort facilities. Very friendly, attentative and knowledgable staff in every area.
The Kayaputi fine dining restaurant is just perfect for an outdoor dinner overlooking the Indian Ocean.
The private beach is a dream. The Remède SPA offers fantastic treatments and the gym is perfect to keep in shape.
The St. Regis Bali is truly a luxury resort where you feel welcome and all the staff take care of you in a very personal way.
The St. Regis is the resort to stay in Bali.

Another fantastic stay at the St.Regis Bali which is in my view one of the best hotels in the world. Everything is just perfect - but I just want to mention the Kayu Puti restaurant, had there dinner twice and it was outstanding. Also I should mention the hotel management and staff which did all they could and more to make us happy. Regretfully we had to leave but we'll come back!

We came here for our honeymoon and the staff at the St Regis Bali took great care of us! From the seamless check in process to the attentive butler service, we left very impressed.
The Garden Villa we stayed in was spacious and beautiful. The private pool was a great addition. The property location was fantastic and the private beach was the best one we had seen in Nusa Dua. Hotel amenities were great and having access to morning yoga, tai chi and meditation classes was superb.
Overall, a great experience.

We spent five nights at the St Regis Bali Resort on our honeymoon. We could not have asked for a better time. The resort is magnificent, with beautiful accommodations, lovely beach, the most amazing lagoon to swim in and great food! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive - Carlos and his team of butlers were fantastic. I cannot recommend this resort highly enough.

Plus - too many to name but top of mind include the incredible rooms, friendly service, exclusiveness, facilities, food etc. My 3 "requests" were all accommodated.
Minus - location wasn't the best so it's a trade-off for exclusivity, staff were friendly but a few requests were lost in translation, ridiculous price for sea sports.

Whilst we loved this hotel overall it was disappointing that the level of service was not consistent throughout our stay. We were also disappointed that we had to move villas after one night when they started renovating the one next door and it transpired the noise would be continuing on all week.

First time at St Regis. Room size was great for entire family. Airport arrival service was excellent (no waiting in lines for visa etc)
Room service menu poort.
Service at the hotel was pretty average though considering the status.
No water at pool which was strange as many others provide it.
Breakfast orders were always wrong etc. Simple stuff.
