Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent however the food and beverage needs work The hotel was exceptional except the food bevarage and dining options did not meet expectations. Everything else was five star quality . The bar was always empty and the terrace area looked very old fashioned compared to the beautiful decor of the rest of the hotel . The drinks were ridiculously priced and I believe the prices should be lowered to allow more people to come to the bar. The boneka restaurant was terrible for dinner though breakfast was very good if you ordered from the ala carte. The best food was at the deli and the pastries were of exceptional quality. This is the level where the food should be but unfortunately it was not. The kapuyuti restaurant was also extremely over priced for what you got. Much better food to be had in Sydney at better prices even for that level so also needs attention here. Another suggestion is a chess area in the garden and another pool table. The lighting on the deck of the deli was too dark to eat at night and a simple lamp would have made all the difference. Overall great but definitely room for improvement in certain areas. As I have extensive knowledge in the food industry around the world I really believe more work needs to be done here. Many thanks for listening. June 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by just the perfect hotel everyone in the hotel takes great care of you in all aspects. you know you could rely on the hotel if you ever need anything. the rooms are beautiful and clean, the staffs are friendly. the food is beyond expectations and it is worth all the time spent there. the relaxation feel is just right - you know it and you feel it. the only downside is that the resort is a little too huge to be walking around - and the buggy takes a longer time if we do need one. hence we walked around the facilities - including the spa. Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Hotel - Pity about the noise Beautiful hotel location, very flat and easy to get around when compared against the other 5 star resorts around the region. Breakfast food and service was awesome, very attentive waiters although when busy (around 9am) service tends to slip as one of our kitchen orders failed to appear and wrong coffee delivered to our table. Best to go for earlier breakfast (7-8:30) for better results. Spa was wonderful and relaxing, lagoon villa is spectacular, as was Kayuputi restaurant. Only gripe was the noise. We had Indian neighbours who decided it was ok to play loud music outdoors all afternoon and into the night together with a party atmosphere of loud talking/yelling. Took 3 calls to management to get them to stop. Also next night we had thumping music from next door property which we had no control over. Not what you would expect when paying such a high price per night. Kudo's however to the house keeping staff, wonderful job every day. June 23, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Paradise This is possibly the best resort in all of Starwood. The staff definitely look out for the care and comfort of their guests. I can't wait to return! Pros -Great spa -Spacious suites -Very friendly staff -Not far from airport -Delicious restaurants (especially Dulang) Cons -Mistake by front desk associate at check out in regard to payment currency cost me $60 in transaction fees -A lot of plastic garbage washes up on the beach. Relaxing on the beach looking out is beautiful, however being brushed by garbage while you're swimming is not ideal (This is obviously not the fault of the hotel - just an FYI) Recognition -Wishnu: Had the pleasure of having him serve us multiple times at Dulang and Boneka. Booked for our honeymoon everything far exceeded our expectations... from the service, to the food to the rooms the hotel is absolutely amazing. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best hotel in Bali I have stayed 3 times in this hotel, recently I tried a different hotel , which is regretful . As I miss the great service at St Regis. We even went back to St Regis for breakfast after 2 days. Felt at home immediately as the wonderful team greeted us and remember our favorites . This will be the only place I will stay in Bali. The place is like home away from home because of the staff. Well done! June 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by ST REGIS BALI SURPRISE ME IN EVERY ASPECT I STAY IN ST REGIS BALI ON MID JUNE 2014. ST REGIS BALI HAS GOT A VERY FINE TASTE ON THE DECORATION . I AND MY WIFE JUST CAN'T STOP BEING SUPRISED BY THEIR SUPERB INTERIOR DESIGN . STAFF IS VERY WELL TRAINED IN HERE. YOU CAN SENSE THAT THEY LOVE THEIR JOB SO MUCH AND THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU WILL HAVE A PERFECT EXPERIENCE THERE. I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SPECIAL THANKS TO "FIRDA " ,WHOM WE MET AT AN INDONESIAN RESTAURANT IN THE RESORT DURING OUR DINNER. WHEN HE IS INFORMED WE ARE HURRYING OUR DINNER AS WE DONT' WANT TO BE LATE FOR THE SPA SCHDULED, HE TRY COMMUNICATE WITH THE SPA CENTRE TO RESCHEDULE THE OUR SPA APPOINMENT SO THAT WE ARE ALLOWED TO HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO ENJOY THE DINNER. I was very satisfied to say I have enjoyed my short holiday stay at your beautiful resort with the wonderful view with facility, the delight prepared at Kayuputi &The Boneka and your friendly staff “Juho” helped to make my stay a memorable one. He does an amazing job of always being friendly, courteous and helpful! Even the other resort’s restaurant reservation was help to us. Due to we could really enjoyed our dinner with beautiful sunset at the great spot!! I would like to say thank you to " Juho" all of his assitance. Rated 5 out of 5 by JUST AMAZING You will NOT regret staying here at all and as you feel at home to the point that you really don't even desire to venture outside, what for? you got it all in one place, which We believe is part of the planning. Herein you feel the Balinese hospitality hands down the best service We have received. And really cant say enough of the entire staff that have been more than lovely in their treatment of us, their friendliness and willingness to serve really is a treat in on itself. from the time of our arrival you feel the welcoming spirit of their hospitality. Everything about the place and the staff made us feel we were very special being there. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a luxurious holiday in beautiful surroundings to visit there. Rated 4 out of 5 by Good-Excellent But the furniture started to ged dented I visited this Hotel During the end of March 14. The staff were kind & polite. recognition at it's maximum. The buttler service has impressed us. Great landscaping, the resort is surrounded by Gorgeous Planting The idea of the lagoon pool is from other planet, given that the water is saulty which I find it beautiful! Yet to mention the huge size of the lagoon which is covering almost most of the reort land What I think is a slight negative aspect is the villa furniture that is little bit started to get dented & tired. Another point worth mentioning, their TV doesn't broadcast English Premiere League matches which I find important! every lower or similar category hotel does that! All in all, I recommend this Hotel & I would come back again with the condition of installing a proper TV decoder that Broadcast EPL football May 10, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The perfect choice!! It was by far the highest in the St. Regis resort we visited. We stayed in April . The weather was good alright The hotel was quiet luxury. Treatment of platinum also excellent. I really would like to thank the hospitality, AGUS ANUARTA!! Weather,huge pool, food and service,butler and staff.. It was a journey all goes the perfect satisfaction. We decided to be impressed , to re- visit next year. I recommend this place really. May 9, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by As close to perfection as a hotel can get!!! I have previously stayed at this hotel before, not long after it had first opened and I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the lack of Platinum SPG loyalty they conveyed at the time and various other slight issues I ran into during that particular visit. I put that down to the hotel being relatively juvenile at the time and adequate training had yet to be established. I have to say, on my latest visit the improvements were both extensive and visible at all levels of both the hotel and the staffing excellence. This hotel is rated a category 7, the highest honour that can be bestowed upon a hotel in the Starwood collection and it thoroughly deserves that grade based on this visit. At check-in I was greeted by the reservations manager and she welcomed me back (always a nice touch that the hotel has bothered to acknowledge a returning client, rather than a first time visit). In addition, my Platinum status was very much recognized and appreciated and a newly decorated villa suite was allocated to me. The villa was fabulous; the service was impeccable and practically flawless. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff and everyone was always smiling and courteous. The food quality was extremely high and the attention to detail was second to none. All in all, I wish I had stayed a few more days at this resort alas, I had several other hotels in the collection to inspect… well done St Regis Bali – you did a great job and I very much look forward to coming back again to see if you can emulate this very high standard that you have set yourself. Thank you for providing an extremely high quality experience indeed. This hotel should be used an example to others in the collection of how service standards can be at the highest level – very impressive. May 5, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay and awesome breakfast ever Our stay was overall excellent. The main entrance was stunning. However, we did not receive the welcome drink. First I thought it was typical for St.regis not to provide welcome drink. Yet when check-out, we saw others provided the drinks. So I guess we were exceptions. The room was excellent with well-thought-out layout. We get to use all the facilities in the room. Breakfast was one of a kind. We were speechless by the selections of breakfast. It was still our talked-about of this trip. We asked the concierge to facilitate the outside massage as we wanted to experience the real Balinese massage. The place was horrible as it should never be recommended to other guests. We again asked conceirge to schedule the katamaran at the beach. When we were there, the staffs had no knowledge and responded back with non responsiveness as they might be an outsiders. Yet, it was not professional. However, the hotel is excellent. Yet, I saw a group of staffs using the library as it should be provided to the guests. I saw them made tea and chilling at the library in the lobby area wearing St. Regis uniforms as I found it inappropriate for the hotel this scale. Overall, the stay was excellent. The breakfast was the star. We couldn't ask for more. Thanks April 27, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Hotel This is our second stay in the hotel, this time, we went for ten days, a group of seven people, including babies, teenagers and adults. This is a fantastic hotel, difficult to find any shortfalls. The rooms are nicely decorated, the premises in general are outstanding and quiet and the personnel is first class. Fantastic place to go as a couple or as a family. There is just a minor point I think that could be improved: lunch time on Sundays: as the restaurants are booked with non-staying guests, staying guest who forget to make a booking have limited choices for lunch. It would be fantastic if the hotel could make some allowance or reserve some tables for such guests or give notice to the guests of such event. April 22, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Luxury and Excellent Resort with Excellent Staff This is my second time to the resort and it has continued to be top notch. From beginning to end, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival, a staff was there waiting to take care of everything. The lounge is beautiful and the flower arrangements are breathtaking! Attention to detail is amazing...from the decor to the staff uniform is just beautiful. Breakfast is delicious with very friendly staff. The food at all restaurants are also delicious. All the rooms there are beautifully done. The pools and beach is very nice. It's an amazing place for a special holiday getaway. Nizelania Tarini has made my stay memorable. She made sure my husband and I were happy at all times. Her staff are very professional and were always there to help. It's because of Nizelania that makes me want to return to St Regis Bali and highly recommend this resort. Thank you Nizelania! Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect, down to the last detail We arrived at the St Regis Resort after a wonderful cruise from Australia on the "Silver Shadow" we had no preconceived ideas about the hotel we booked on our first visit to Bali. The cruise line expects all disembarking passengers to depart the vessel by 10 am on the day of arrival we knew that our suite at the hotel would not be ready by 2 pm at the earliest and were prepared to wait. On arrival we were met by the smiling Lucia, the Hotel Manager together with Carlos the Chief Butler before we knew what was happening our baggage was whisked away together with hand baggage and coats. We were invited by Carlos to take a seat the generous couches located in the magnificent lobby while staff checked us into the hotel. Carlos was most apologetic about our suite not being ready we assured him this was understood, he invited us to the Gourmand Deli for a coffee while we waited.After coffee we sat with the Chief Concierge Agus who advised us and booked us on various day and evening tours, nothing was too much trouble. Later while having lunch at the newly discovered Deli Carlos and our butler Merita arrived and escorted us to our suite. We marvelled at the spacious living and sleeping area, the outside balcony overlooking the well tended tropical gardens, and luxurious bathroom. Our stay at the St Regis was truly memorable, the smiling staff to whom nothing was too much trouble, the arranged day and evening tours which all went like a well oiled machine, just strolling in the gardens, and being taken by golf buggy to the cleanest beach I have ever encountered. The choice of fine dining and a breakfast to die for. We know we will return !! And that perfect last detail ?? I ordered boiled eggs for one breakfast, they arrived at the table with the shell cracked all round but replaced back on top of the eggs as if they had never been broken !! Thank you again to everyone who made a lovely holiday even more special. The staff have a great way of remaining professional and friendly at every interaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the St Regis and will be back!
