We had a lovely stay, the room was comfortable, the view is amazing, having a cocktail on the balcony at the sun down is a once in a lifetime experience....

Rated 4 out of 5 by mau70 This hotel has good potential
Averall the services rendered hv been good. Some of the staff iwasa little bit slow. The bar in the main lounge shud improve the quality of the service rendered and shud increase the variety of the drinks and food offered. Moreover they must absolutely solve the problem of the sands' flies by doing regular disinfestation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Hooman A/C was horrible
My Room was very hot.I was in room 253.My A/C didn't work properly.when I asked the front desk to send someone,I had to ask them 3 times to send someone and when that someone visited my room he claimed that the A/C for that wing of the hotel could not make the room any cooler and the A?C for this side of the hotel is weak.all of my colligues that stayed in the same wing had the same problem.
I t was not my only problem my minibar didn't work so the man that visited my room for the A/c tried to fix it and after that it only worked weakly.I could not cool down anything not even a bottle of water. It was only couple of degrees cooler than the room tempereture
So all and all my stay was horrible!

Rated 4 out of 5 by wanderlust263 very good overall
ros
• Courteous staff
• Good location if you are looking for a secluded and calm getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life
• Reasonable price for cocktails (can pay in SCR)
• Good Spa
• Good selection of Creole dishes & local fruits at breakfast
• Management very much involved and friendly
• Good local musicians and music at dinner buffet
Cons
• Certain breakfast menu items can get repetitive
• More gym equipment can be added like (barbells, free weight bench press equipment…)
• No free airport pick up and drop off ( Expect to pay 35 Euro one way otherwise hire your own car )
• Seychelles is an expense place bring a lot of EUR and make sure to convert into SCR for local purchases
• Beach was good but the sea was really rough around the hotel, which is not the case at other beaches around the island
• Local amenities near the hotel: The first corner shop down the hotel (approximately 5 minutes down the road)is closed most of the day. Try to walk a bit further down the same road and you will find a shop that is open and well stocked. But try to pay in SCR only
• No lights on the beach for an evening romantic stroll
Although a bit apprehensive before booking due to the negative remarks we went ahead with our booking for the hotel. Me and wife stayed at this wonderful hotel last week on half board basis. We arrived early at the hotel through a cab arranged by the hotel and the driver was very good and friendly. The reception staff was very friendly and courteous and even though we were early they offered us refreshments while we waited for our room to be ready which was a welcome relief since we got their around 7 am from Dubai. The breakfast which was served indoor in the main restaurant next to the lobby was exhaustive. I never had an issue with any birds in fact I didn’t see any during my breakfast but there is a chance you might encounter flies since the restaurant area is open and sea facing. Some of the breakfast items can be very repetitive. The breakfast also had some authentic Creole dishes which were amazing. Dinner was okay with some Chinese elements added to the menu. I guess because of the huge Chinese delegation who were there for a community marriage ceremony. This marriage ceremony added a unique element to our visit and it was fun to see. The beach around the hotel is really good and I strongly suggest having a walk from one end to the other during the day since there are no lights around the beach for an evening romantic stroll. The general manager is very much involved and almost always available and very friendly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Angie13 sehr großer Renovierungsbedarf
Alles in Allem - sehr schlechte Ausstattung.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Berluc51 Probably the last time
this is the 3rd time we have stayed at your hotel (2009 and 2010) unfortunately we have seen a deterioration of your hotel since 2010.
The grounds are poorly maintained (dirty pool paving, wood in poor condition and dangerous in some places too dense vegetation and rooms with sea view have virtually no view ).and rooms with sea view have virtually no view as the rate is increased sea view.
indoor and outdoor furniture in poor condition, the staff at the front desk barely enjoyable.
if no improvement is made quickly, we do return to your hotel, although the location is excellent.
