Right from the moment we entered the properly, we had a great time. The welcome was fantastic. Room comfortable, and overall the facility was just excellent. There was a dance/puppet show program that was also pretty nice. The Rajasthani food at the restaurant was also very good. At the end of the trip, we had to leave at 3:30AM and we realized I was missing my passport. The hotel staff came and offered to search wherever we need to to find it even before we asked. Everyone we interacted there was either taking care of us or anticipating our needs.

It was an amazing stay with Le Meridien. It was my wife's birthday and I decided to celebrate it with this resort. My decision was not at all wrong. Since the time we entered the resort to the time we checked out, each and every thing was just over the expectations.
specially the food service. The menu was so elaborate and even customised to our needs.
The staff was polite, friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean, well lit and carefully done with each and every details taken care of.
All in all, it was an amazing experience.

The hoer is ideal for a small gate away with family.its comfortable, with excellent staff who respond very promptly.a special mention and thanks to Nishank in buffet restaurant for his extremely good service. The pool is very good and nicely maintained. In the end would really like to recommend everyone to try the hotel at least once.

went for one night just to have some quality time with family....thoroughly enjoyed the experience.The food was great as was the staff.The swimming pool needs to be a shade better esp.for swimming buffs like me....anyway overall a satisfying stay and value for money

My team and I stayed at your hotel in Jaipur yesterday night, We checked out today morning. As per conversation with you i am sending you a complaint letter.
However, We were very disappointed with your hospitality. The incident happened today morning when i came out from washroom after taking shower and suddenly i saw a unknown guest who had been entered in the room without knocking the door I was shocked.I asked him twice to leave the room but he started arguing and at least he left but after 5 minutes he came back with an event manager who gave him the key of the room which was given by your staff and then event manager started arguing. Then i called to front desk but nobody came after that i had words with Mandeep regarding this whole incident and he apologized for that.
This kind of unprofessional behaviour was not supposed to be done.

This was our third visit to the hotel.. the Service and food is excellent. the staff was very prompt and very good.. though had some minor issues in terms of cooling in the living area of the suite.

This hotel is located 15km north of Jaipur far from the chaos of downtown Jaipur. It is a good location if you are visiting Amber Fort. The hotel is large with a beautiful pool in the middle, and also some apartments in the villas. We had one of those. All furniture in wood, resembling old furniture, with nice taste. A very large bed, larger than King Size, likely 2.2 meters wide. A very large bathroom, with its own garden a natural light, behind all glass windows. A very large shower, and a two-people bathtub in the ground. At the arrival both Prateek (front office manager) and Sandeep greeted us very warmly. Sandeep and his glorious smile were a constant presence throughout our 2 nights stay. Whenever we needed something at any hour, Sandeep was always there helping us ... incredible customer service, excellent! Ritesh and Manisha (restaurant - latest recipes) took good care of us for the two dinners we had there. Thank you. Finally Mantreep at time of check out was so kind and professional. As soon as she knew about our next stop she gave us excellent tips and called ahead so that we could have yet another fantastic experience, thank you Mantreep!

Am a frequent traveler and an end consumer and stayed worldwide in various properties. Also own an event management company and have worked and am working with all 5 star hotels in Jaipur. Recently working for a wedding client was a victim of very rude behavior by the Banquet manager, who probably doesn't realize that this is a service industry and even if something is not doable as per the end clients need, it needs to be conveyed with respect. The fact that he spoke loudly, rudely, as if he was talking to one of his much junior staff members was totally unacceptable. Either he needs to change or people will change the hotels and a hotel that is flourishing due to wedding business would suffer tremendously.
