I was sick during my stay in the Sheraton Dameisha. However, i was really look aftered by their associates, expecially the associates from Front Office who took care of me.

Great view. Good services. Very relaxIng and comfort. However, the appointed morning call was missed and never came through. Otherwise it is a perfect resort hotel.

I have a great time during my stay in domeisha Sheraton hotel but a littel noises which come frome some boats on the sea at night there is not any problem.

To Whom it may concern -
Sheraton Dameisha is a spot we visit many half dozen times a year or more. Living in Shenzhen it is always nice to get out of town for the weekend. The hotel has improved a lot in the 4 years we have been going, but still has a lot of room for improvement. Check-in was good, the staff was expecting us. Platinum SPG does mean something to them and they are always happy to see us. They were going to do some sort of welcome for our anneversary - but they did not do anything. It was OK I was not expecting much of anything. The Breakfast was good, Lunches were fine. Rafael, the Spanish gentleman helped us tremendously. We had a party of 25+ eating for the big Sunday Brunch and he was very helpful with tables and always working to see if there is anything at all he can help with. He is someone that Genuinely cares, which is rare in China or anywhere. The poolside food and drinks service was terrible - the waiter said he was busy and half the time forgot we ordered something, we would just be patiently waiting and reminding them. it was annoying. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was so slow. A simple dinner took over two hours and still they forgot our desert for 20+ minutes and we just had to cancel it. With two kids we just cannot wait all night for our food, so they were disappointed for that. Plus they make you walk all the way around the hotel just to get in the restaruant, which is unconvient, when the door is there and we could easily just go to our room elevators and up - it is just poorly planned whatever transition is going on with this restaurant. Pool was clean - kids love the pool. Oh - the SPG Platinum lounge was a joke. Open for a couple hours for happy hour and then nothing. No water, no coffee. I was going to have a few minutes of quite time and there is really nothing. they have some old cookies, and that was it. This area could really cater to Platinum travelers and go the extra mile. All I could tell is they wanted to save a few bucks by going cheap and having the bare minimum there - typical China style, I expected more at this area. then checking out was simple - the bell man I had to call down to request three times. No one ever came to get the bags for 30+ minutes. That was a simple thing that can be improved. So of course we will be back, there is really no place else to the go in the area - but hopefully some changes can be made to improve the hotel from my constructive critisim
