I want to thank the management of the Dameisha resort for training the best staff in the world.
During our visit my young daughter fell ill with a fever and had to go to a local care facility. First Justin helped us by providing a thermometer and assuring us that he and his staff would be there for us. Then when we went to the facility staff member Bella joined us and took care of every little detail. She sat with my daughter for 4 hours and made sure she was ok. I will forever be grateful. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel, celebrated my birthday and anniversary with my wife. Room was upgraded to a suite on arrival and decorated with flowers. I am grateful to Raymond Chen and George Cao of Concierge. Will definitely come back next time.

I have stayed in many Sheraton hotel before, but this is definitely one of the best I have been to. Our family has a wonderful vocation experience, special thanks to Bohong Huang at the reception for the wonderful service and Monica Huang and Candy Wang at the executive lounge, they were very responsive and patient.They were the people who help make our experience at Sheration special.

I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2014. While this resort has one of the best views from the room and the restaurant, there was a lot to be desired from the staff members. There were a number of them who did not know/understand even basic english. Further, one of the days when we had dinner at the Feast restaurant, it took them almost half an hour to get any dish or drink that we ordered, even a basic vodka with sprite took them half an hour when we were the only guys at the restaurant and there were 4-6 waiters just roaming around. Our glasses were not filled with water on a timely basis, etc. Further, at the time of checkout, the person at the lobby did not understand English at all, so after struggling to make him understand that i was there to check out NOW for 5 minutes, he called the manager I was able to check out. Overall experience was not pleasant.

All staff went out of their way to assist and dealt with any requests in a totally professional manner,. I was very impresed with the attendance of Ms Liki Lin after I had checked out to spend time with me to make sure that I had enjoyed the total Dameishia Resorct stay.

The hotel is perfect for kids family or any kind of person who want to enjoy a good hotel . so many thing can be done ! and so many food !
