This hotel needs improvement. Our bathroom was not clean and as Platinum members we received 0% amenities. No points for the stay, we had to ask for water, and no internet in the room. While the views are nice the hotel staff left us underwhelmed. Once we had an upgrade confirmed it included a car to the airport. Upon asking to confirm this we had to show proof to the hotel as they did not believe us. When we checked out we had been charged for mini-bar items we didn't use. Of three SPG hotels we stayed at during our stay in Greece this was by far the one we would not return to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by katiana Very bad service and most of the stuff is rude
The reception staff was rude, the concierge -reception as well, in fact everybody was kind of rude apart from the night shift porter and receptionist. Also it must be the only place where they charge you this amount of money and don't provide complimentary water or coffee in the room, and i am a gold spg member ( they have the machine but not the coffee)!!
The location is excellent though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by PAbuckeye Nice resort, far from town
Secluded resort with a neat pool/beach area - although it is not a typical large sandy beach. Very crowded during our stay. Rooms were fine, modern. Location is either a plus or downfall depending on your point of view. You must take the hotel shuttle (which has limited times) or a taxi (or taxi to light rail/subway) into town. This gets a bit expensive if you want to go in/out on your own schedule. You can't really walk to any restaurants outside of the hotel, either. Nice recognition of our honeymoon, and very friendly staff.

Rated 1 out of 5 by JohnKay Not Worth Staying Here, No Value for Money
Hotel offered a stay of 325 EUR per night or the same room for 395 EUR, an offer which would include champagne and strawberries and a late check-out (provided there was availability). We chose the second option and there did not turn out to be availability. But in the final analysis, what was the point of paying extra for this offer - most hotels will allow a late check-out free of charge provided there is availability so this was definitely a trap, while the strawberries and the champagne (a really cheap variety I should add) were not waiting for us upon arrival but came almost two hours later as we were leaving to go to dinner. The following day we asked for help with our luggage but the man did not come until 20 minutes later - we met him half-way down the corridor as we had given up and had started to carry our luggage to the reception by ourselves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Betts Clearly the best in Athens
The hotel, it's location and the staff were excellent. The rooms were extremely comforanle and no request wentbunattended. This hotel is located a good distance between the airport and the centre of Athens with the luxury of beach, amazing resort facilities and the best restaurants. Breakfast was amazing and served til 11am. Highly recommended and the place to stay!

Rated 2 out of 5 by JMcP Lackluster Service for the price
Nice facility but poor services. Slow check in and unhelpful front desk. Lack of clean towels at the pool. Lack of bar service at pool as waiter sat in bar and didn't make the rounds. Restaurant was closed. Only options were $20 Euro pre-made sandwiches. Literature in room was stained and old. Seems to be struggling from Greece's financial woes...
