We stayed in the Westin for one night with another couple, two double rooms were booked. On arrival we were told that the accommodation would have to be paid on one bill ( by the person who booked it) . Also our food and beverage bills were totally incorrect.Charges had been made on both bills for the same items. Also the bills were presented to the wrong people. As we were in a hurry to get a flight we did not realise this till afterwards.

We were really shocked by the price of the restaurants within the hotels. We felt they were expensive for what you got. Staff we always happy except our last night when we ate at the Wet Edge which we spoke to the duty manager that night and she said that tha staff apologized for how my wife was treated. But still it was disappointing to be treated that way since it has never happened in our previos four time we have visited Figi.

Unfortunately on arriving at your hotel I requested Soy milk be bought to my room as I am dairy intolerant. I was advised to go and buy it from the local store. I was very surprised as I have travelled the world and never been told to buy my own. The store did not have any soy so when room service delivered they charged $21.95 for one glass of soy milk. This is outrageous so I won't be staying again at your hotel.

It accommodated our little family of four perfectly allowing the kids to have a swim while mum and dad could enjoy the facilities and also keep an eye on them. The service and the people are outstandingly helpful and friendly. Great food at the steak house and great evening entertainment and drinks in the meke lounge. Everything we needed from organising tours to simply getting directions. Love love loved the Westin!

Westin Denarau is in a great location, right beside two other resorts with many pool, bar,dining choices, and the marina. Gymn is well equipped and well located. Breakfast is very good, and the lunch choices range from poolside to cafes to restaurant style. Day trips are easy, with all offshore options within walking distance of hotel.
Great spot and clean and modern, served by relaxed friendly people.

I stayed with a friend for 5 nights and we both decided this was the best place on Denarau Island. Excellent rooms, close to the golf club, accessable to the port and not far from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast first class. As smokers we were pleased that there were areas set aside for us to have a puff. However the "plus 20%" policy was a bit disconcerting.

We are just back from a short trip to Fiji. We stayed at the Westin Denarau and would highly recommend it - breakfasts were delicious, rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly maintained (we wanted to kidnap one of the cleaners and bring her home with us - but thought she might miss her family and the warm weather!!). The staff were always helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful trip in all ways.

We have looked forward to staying at the Westin for a couple of years now and were very happy with our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful even taking our infant while we ate a couple of times.
The room was always clean however the air-conditioning was very noisy.
We were looking forward to making use of the spa facilities however found these very expensive and preferred to wait to we got home. We expected to pay resort prices for food and drink etc however with that also expected top quality.
Every cocktail we ordered was was very average and most meals were a bit bland too.
We went to the steak house where my wife had the ravioli, it was tasteless. I ordered the 48hr steak rib which was fantastic. We went back and both had it the last night.
Great location just need some work on the Air-con and the food and drink, price is fine quality needs to be improved- especially the cocktails.

Check in experience started poorly. Upgrade for Platinum Members was not as expected, and the 4 hours wait to have TV and lights repaired in room was also a let down.
However, if all else is booked and you no where to stay go ahead and book an experience like no other, you will most certainly remember it.

the fiji people are the most welcoming and accomodating people we have ever met. The hotel was beautiful with the usual comfortable beds/pillows that the Westin is known for. The Westin suits everybody, young families/couples through to older generations. Magnificent pool area with relaxed dining options. The food was excellent in every restaurant that we visited.

Currently at the hotel as we speak. Room key did not work at check in so I had to get new ones, room safe was out of batteries, supposed to have free wifi in the lobby but doesn't (co-worker gets a free access code and they won't give me one since they said you need to pay), even the ice cream was melted at the ice cream shop so we couldn't get a milk shake.

Wedding Food exceptional-Happiest place on the planet .

I came in Stressed from a long flight and work load, From the time I entered the premises coming up the drive, it was like Paradise and my short stay was just that Paradise, From Room,Staff and Facilities. Wonderful stay, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean rooms and amenities. What else could I ask for? The staff singing the famous "Isa Lei" song on our last morning at breakfast before our checkpoint was a highlight for us and heartbreaking. Recommend highly and would definitely return for another stay.

How special did we feel being looked after by the beautiful Fijian people, especially our new little 14 week old grandbaby. Could not have asked for a nicer destination to celebrate out sons wedding. We had such a good time all our guests are wanting to come back next year to celebrate their first anniversary.

The Westin is our stand out favorite on Denarau in Fiji -it has a great relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in, great pools, great food (Moo Moos and the breakfast buffet are excellent), children are welcome and the benefit of the Sheraton and Sheraton Villas facilities is an extra plus. We'll be back

I have just come back from a 7 day holiday at the Westin Denarau Resort and Spa Fiji, and I can honestly say it was on of the most relaxing holiday I have had in a long time!
The staff couldn't be more helpful..they are friendly and nothing is a trouble to them!
I will definitely be going back there!

This hotel was very nice. There were still a few repairs underway from the damage caused by the typhoon but nothing that really impacted my visit. The staff was exceptional! Warm, greeting, helpful and just a joy to be around. When all the repairs are complete this would be my favorite Westin.

The management of this hotel should be extremely proud of the professionalism of their kind & warm staff.
The facilities and restaurants are first class and we would not hesitate in staying at the Westin again.

I was upgraded to an oceanfront room. The room was modern and clean. I particularly liked the fact hat I could access the neighboring SPG resorts and charge Services to my room. I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel and would return again when I am in Fiji. Thank you Westin.

Each staff member should aware their customers with least expectation and do the best for them. The guests should feel like home when they visit resorts. They want to be relax and be served and not trying to solve problem themselves. Hotel like Westin should be trouble free.

Expectations are always high for an island resort, but I feel they did quite well. My fiance and I were able to relax, the food was good, the pools were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful.
There were a few small things though, when we booked we booked a room that included breakfast as well as pre dinner drinks. Where we should go for these was not explained upon check in and we had to ask later, going though several staff and much confusion...
Also after housekeeping has mopped the floors the tile remains wet and slippery for quite some time. Nothing you can do about that, but I advise against wearing the provided slippers as they compound the problem dangerously.
There was very little noise due to the renovations that were going on for which we were thankful but the emergency alarm was triggered once in the afternoon. After peeking out I saw none of the staff were bothered by it so we ignored it.
All in all it's a relaxing place to stay and has a lot to offer if you're staying in this part of Fiji

We stayed in july 2013 at Westin and it was our first time with Starwood group.we really enjoyed it, the staff was very helpful and hotel itself was clean.will definitely recommend it and will come back to enjoy the hospitality.

The staff allowed to check in at 8 AM, assisted with 35th Anniversary plans, and fulfilled the SPG award expecdactatiocns with only a slight prompting. We enjoyed the lawn bowling area. We loved the Platinum level suite upgrade.

The hotel was great and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great location and very well maintained hotel. I would highly recommend for young families as the staff were great with our 8 month old son.

The Westin is a great place to bring your family. Great Facilities, staff were very helpfull and friendly, free wifi everywhere but had no reception in our room which was the only disappointment on the whole trip.
