Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel is tops, I came in Stressed from a long flight and work load, From the time I entered the premises coming up the drive, it was like Paradise and my short stay was just that Paradise, From Room,Staff and Facilities. Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel meets all my expectations Wonderful stay, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean rooms and amenities. What else could I ask for? The staff singing the famous "Isa Lei" song on our last morning at breakfast before our checkpoint was a highlight for us and heartbreaking. Recommend highly and would definitely return for another stay. April 14, 2013

Could not have asked for a nicer destination to celebrate out sons wedding. We had such a good time all our guests are wanting to come back next year to celebrate their first anniversary. Rated 5 out of 5 by Best vibe on Denarau The Westin is our stand out favorite on Denarau in Fiji -it has a great relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in, great pools, great food (Moo Moos and the breakfast buffet are excellent), children are welcome and the benefit of the Sheraton and Sheraton Villas facilities is an extra plus. We'll be back November 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Hotel has great features I have just come back from a 7 day holiday at the Westin Denarau Resort and Spa Fiji, and I can honestly say it was on of the most relaxing holiday I have had in a long time! The staff couldn't be more helpful..they are friendly and nothing is a trouble to them! I will definitely be going back there! June 12, 2013

There were still a few repairs underway from the damage caused by the typhoon but nothing that really impacted my visit. The staff was exceptional! Warm, greeting, helpful and just a joy to be around. When all the repairs are complete this would be my favorite Westin. May 5, 2013

I particularly liked the fact hat I could access the neighboring SPG resorts and charge Services to my room. I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel and would return again when I am in Fiji. Rated 4 out of 5 by Looking forward to seeing the rough edges get smoothed out Expectations are always high for an island resort, but I feel they did quite well. My fiance and I were able to relax, the food was good, the pools were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. There were a few small things though, when we booked we booked a room that included breakfast as well as pre dinner drinks. Where we should go for these was not explained upon check in and we had to ask later, going though several staff and much confusion... Also after housekeeping has mopped the floors the tile remains wet and slippery for quite some time. Nothing you can do about that, but I advise against wearing the provided slippers as they compound the problem dangerously. There was very little noise due to the renovations that were going on for which we were thankful but the emergency alarm was triggered once in the afternoon. After peeking out I saw none of the staff were bothered by it so we ignored it. All in all it's a relaxing place to stay and has a lot to offer if you're staying in this part of Fiji November 24, 2011

Rated 5 out of 5 by This is worth a stay The staff allowed to check in at 8 AM, assisted with 35th Anniversary plans, and fulfilled the SPG award expecdactatiocns with only a slight prompting. We enjoyed the lawn bowling area. We loved the Platinum level suite upgrade. October 29, 2012

Rated 3 out of 5 by OK for a quick stopover This hotel is well suited for those wanting to be close to the airport and/or a stepping off point for the islands etc. I would not stay here longer then 1-2 days (which is probably just as much about the Denarau area as it is about this actual property) As others have commented both here and on TripAdvisor, the hotel is in need of upgrades and is showing it's age in comparison to newer properties in the area. The staff although friendly are not "Fijian friendly" which we've been spoiled with at resorts away from Denarau. Lastly, I was disappointed with the lack of recognition for being a Gold member. I only stayed one night and despite the site (and a few others) showing plenty of availability for the next night, I was not allowed to keep my room longer then the 4pm late checkout (even though I offered to pay) due to being at 'full capacity'. Even though I mentioned that several sites including SPG were still selling rooms for that night the front desk lady simply shrugged. I told her to mention it to the manager but again..just got a shrug! Overall everything at the resort is 'fine' but not really anything more. April 29, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Good Hotel - needs a little improvement We were happy with the hotel, mostly as it did not have as many children as the other hotels and as we were two girls on a weekend away this was a bonus. The staff were friendly and the Steakhouse restaurant was fantastic. only a couple of little hiccups, the second day when we went to get towels we had to wait for over an hour as all the towels were in the wash. As it was only 10am in the morning it seems a bit short sighted on thier part to have run out of towels already. The other issue was when we checked in and the room key would not work. We were a fair way from reception so I walked back and waited in a line to let them know. After about 5 minutes in the line I spoke to reception and she said, "did you put it in the way that the arrow points?" When I said yes, she said, oh thats why it didnt work, you have to put it in the other way. This would be nice to be told when you check in, usually an arrow is indicative of the way the key goes!. Also an apology would have been nice rather than being made to feel a bit stupid. These were really the only issues we encountered. Otherwise, the room was lovely and very spacious and the majority of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. October 1, 2013
