Rated 5 out of 5 by St. Regis Aspen has amazing staff and service This is my second year staying at the St. Regis Aspen. The refreshed style of the rooms is modern and clean. A few details yet to complete but overall I was pleased. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and easy and the service was spectacular. Thank you. January 21, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent central location, comfortable and secure lobby, excellent fitness center and friendly staff We brought our dog -"Taz" and were humored when we learned that this hotel has "pet amenities". True-a bed, bowls and treats. The Hotel is walking distance to most local restaurants and events. The staff went out of their way to answer all of our questions. A great weekend. May 6, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel to enjoy skiing in Aspen We enjoyed staying at the St Regis for our ski holiday. The facilities are excellent for skiing whether that be preparing to ski or after ski socialising. The staff are excellent. It is well located close to all shops and reaturants. Rated 5 out of 5 by Business / Pleaseure The hotel was outstanding. The restaurant however was marginal at best. The service was extremely slow for breakfast and the food trickled out of the kitchen in waves. We had to wait for all to be served and then later the toast came out, some of which was burnt. The location is outstanding, the service is exceptional and the rooms always exceed my expectations. As a frequent traveler, I recommend this hotel not only for business, but for pleasure as well. Rated 5 out of 5 by 12/19-21/2013 My only issue is with the king size bed. It isn't as comfortable as the Westin Heavenly bed in other Starwood properties. Additionally, offer pillow preference, standard size rather than king size pillows. Other than that, this is a fantastic resort! December 23, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful upgrades to property but staff not all rerady for prime time The negatives:Failed to deliver requested wake-up call. Lounge service unacceptably slow for food and drink. Bar/lounge food offerings disappointing and excessively priced. The positive: Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms well appointedand comfortable. September 6, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Rooms are wonderful, F&B and spa still lag way behind St. Regis quality. The rooms and housekeeping were top itch as was the bell service and car valet. Food and beverage were lacking considerably behind what the standard should be at a St. Regis Properrty. The locker room s were surprisingly outdated and disappointing. March 22, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Under Construction...not great value I had very high expectations for my initial stay at St. Regis, but much could have been done to improve my experience. My room looked out on a construction site and from the lobby to my room, I passed blue tape indicating construction of some sort on various rooms and many unpleasant reminders that I was staying in the middle of a major renovation project. Ski season has started and expected better completion of renovation at this time of year. I am a Gold Member, almost Platinum and expected better treatment for this stay. One jacuzzi was under construction, clean towels were not available when making a long journey outside to the other side of the hotel. I had to go back to the lobby with my robe and bathing suit to ask for new towels. Should have someone monitoring this at 5pm when most people are finishing skiing and going to the jacuzzi. Biggest plus was the bell men and ski valet group. They were both top notch and exceeded expectations. In general, there are too many other options with greater value than this hotel's studio room. Rated 5 out of 5 by long weekend in Aspen St. Regis at Aspin was a phenomenal place to stay. It is slopeslide on Aspen Mountain and close to the gondola. The entire stay was luxurious and the staff were helpful in every way possible. I would highly recommend staying at St. Regis Aspen January 28, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by beautiful facility Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful even going as far as rushing a forgotten item from our room to the airport for us after check out. The hotel was clean, the food was good, the spa was great. I have no complaints. January 14, 2014

But the feature tht starnds out the most, and was most helpful. ewas the association with Aspen Sports for ski/boot storage, rentals, and other support for skiing (the purpose of my trip to Aspen). So whether you are riding the Gondola up Ajax or looking for a place to stumble to after Apres ski..the incredible comforts of the St Regis is never that far way. December 30, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great resort beautiful property. Room service was the only issue. I revieced food that was very cold that should have been hot or at least warm to be able to enjoy it. I ended up not eating it based on the delivery conditons. June 27, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by It is a good aspiring hotel, but to be a stellar hotel it needs do to some more work It is a good hotel overall with limited competition in its own market (Aspen), however, to become a stellar hotel is could improve on the several fronts: 1) Level of staff service. Sometimes during our stay the service levels could be very "surprising". This harms good impression of other employees` good work. However, we hope St Regis will continue to develop its service level – we`ll see how it all goes during our next potential stays in the chain. 2) SPA/water zone was good in terms of service, but the facility itself needs renovation. In addition to renovation it could be expanded (though, we understand, it is more difficult to do) as it is quite small. 3) We mainly went out for dining, but one time we decided to go to hotel`s restaurant – Italian one. It was empty and we later understood why – the food was very mediocre. We like Italian food very much as many other people, but it is difficult to imagine that someone would come back for more after the 1st visit to the restaurant. We hope this feedback will help St Regis Aspen improve its standing. I apologize if I was too direct on anything. Regards, Sergey January 19, 2014
