The staff made my stay very special. Always acknowledging me and asking if there is anything else that I may need. I had an extraordinary dinner at Chefs Table....wow what a concept. Great resort.

A very nice hotel with almost inedible room service food. It seems like they do not have a chef and only a cook. And this cook hates food. It seems odd that the top management would allow this?

The service was great - the staff attended to our every need immediately. They were friendly to our yellow lab. The hotel is gorgeous and immaculate. It is beautifully decorated and designed.

The service was incredible, every single person was upbeat, happy, and helpful. Room was a little tight with the rollaway bed, but that was to be expected in a standard room.

Great hotel !!! But service at the restaurant is a little to much. The crue from Bali is to friendly. I came to have diner (food was excellent) not exchange life stories.
