love the garden very much ..The view from room is fantasitic .Its great even just relax on the balcony .Last but not the least , reception was so friendly and tried her best to help me find better room . ( Upgrade to SPG floor ) .Thanks to her again . It was really nice trip .Will definately back again ..thanks all

It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Well-appointed rooms, the perfect restaurant (both breakfast and dinner buffet). Beautiful beach. The only thing that slightly saddened relaxing on the beach - peddlers.
I would highly recommend this hotel for my friends and those who is looking for the luxury vacation.

The place is great, in good location, in front of calm and clear sea water. Many swimming pools and lagoons in the resort which never bored my wife and me during the stay.
I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and looking forward to coming back to this hotel in near future.

Excellent facillity complemented by groomed gardens, expansive swimming lagoons and semi-private beach with just the right amount of non-agressive local hawkers. Minor negative...although booked/notified a month in advance, no cot was available for our child and room upgrade required to accomodate.

We were not disappointed by our choice of hotel for our recent stay in Bali. The food was excellent, the gardens were beautifully maintained and picturesque, the public areas were imposing but not overpowering and the beach facilities extremely good. We will be looking forward to our next visit.

The service within the resort was fantastic, employees were very attentive and we were always were greeted with a good morning or good evening. Our butler was on hand to assist us with any request to make our stay more comfortable which was fantastic.

We spent more than one week and we recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
The Laguna is a paradise for all accommodations and location like sea, swimming pool, food, environment .....and people soo nice and available.
It was a dream for us ! Only one regret, it was too short !

A fantastic place with friendly employees. Clean rooms, excellent food, a hotel to stay for a longer period. Even the beach is wonderful, the only negative point is the dirt in the seawater (mainly the plastics). A better daily cleaning could help to improve the situation.

My family was having a good time staying in thie hotel will absolutely the best pool so far we have seen in Bali. Friendly check in and staffs introducing the resort after the check in. We will be back to this resort soon with friends and families.

there is nothing luxury about this hotel. The rooms are dated with stains on wall, dirt in hallway carpet, showers are the quality of a Motel, TV service was spotty, etc. The hotel needs a complete renovation.
First time disappointed stay in a starwood hotel, when we check in at 3pm, the room is not ready. The hotel missed to pick up our friend in the mid of the night.
The service is slow and poor. we had to call multiple times to get two plug adaptors for our cell phones. They finally arrived with only one 45 mins later.
Instead of let us check in after 3pm, the cleaning service is start from 9am in the morning which is annoying during the holiday. One night when we came back the room found there is a big hole on the bed sheet, and the door was opened after cleaning service.
on the last night stay in the hotel, the hotel swap my deposit credit card on 4am in the morning about 10MM rpd, the bank has sent alert message to check whats going on. this is the first time, a 5 star hotel doing this without inform me.

I found my room beautifully furnished all by silk material which perfectly combined with wooden furniture of balinese creation. But what most amazingly is the vast pool that lays just on the door step of your terrace, you can even go to your friend's room by swimming !

After entering the Hotel complex via the security checks on the gate you are given a lovely welcome that sets the tone of the stay. Staff are always very polite and want to please their guests. Every member of staff you come across greets you as you walk around the Hotel. The butler service cannot be faulted - the longest we waited for our tea/coffee was 10 minutes!
On the down side is there is minimal evening entertainment; the shops on site are limited and expensive. You need to be aware ot the steps in the bedroom from the bathroom, which take some getting used to, but they can be illuminated at night. Buffet Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of foods available. However, we were disappointed with the 'Sea food buffet', where no crab or lobsters were available - but that is our personal taste.
The pools are well maintained with towels being regularly removed on unoccupied loungers. There are a few sellers on the beach, but they are regulated.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Laguna Hotel & Spa.

The Laguna Nusa Dua Bali delivered an excellent conference package with great facilities service and staff responsiveness. It was hard to believe it was a conference as the flawless service and luxurious surroundings maximise the limited opportunities to unwind.

This is a truly beautiful and memorable resort.The staff went out of their way to help with any issues.I requested a jug for tea making and this was attended to immediately. The location is perfect such a beautiful beach area.Pools are amazing too.

We stayed in 9-16 Sept. 2012 and it was great.
Great bar and restaurant on the beach, nice staff and amazing pool and spa.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved all the pools with sandy beaches and waterfalls. Staff were really helpful and friendly.

We stayed here on our honeymoon and we were very excited to hire an English speaking tour guide and see the sights in Bali. We went to the Hotel's concierge and were directed to the tour desk. We specifically requested an English speaking guide and the employee guaranteed us the guide would speak English. We then asked again to confirm that it would be an English speaking guide and were told, "absolutely." When we got in the car it became very clear the guide spoke no English. Not only did he not speak English but he had NO IDEA where he was taking us. He kept showing us maps and pamphlets asking us to point where we wanted to go. Mind you we had spent a significant amount of time selecting a tour with the employee in the hotel, but the driver was clearly unaware. We figured something out and arrived there only to be ditched by our guide because he wanted to eat dinner with his buddies. I have no idea what we saw because the guide did not speak any English so he could not offer us any information. I am not joking when I say he did not speak English, he literally knew maybe 15 words. My husband speaks 6 languages and this guide did not speak any of those languages either. In addition to deserting us when he went to eat dinner, the guide continually ran into friends of his and spent his time chatting with them. So after the trip we made a complaint to the concierge and were told that the tour desk is an independent company. (Now they wanted nothing to do with these guys). So we went to the tour desk to complain and insist that they reduce the cost as they essentially provided us with a driver not a tour guide. This was a huge ordeal because but we eventually got a manager on the phone. After much back and forth they did decrease the price slightly. It should have never gotten to that point. We should not have been lied to about whether the guide spoke English, we should not have had to deal with that guides nonsense deserting us, the guide should have known what tour we had selected instead of asking us to point to places on the map, we should not have had to argue with the tour desk. It was all insane and left a very bad taste in my mouth. We had planned to take other tours while there, but it wasn't worth the hassle. I don't fault anyone for trying to make a buck, but it was clear these guides had something else going on on the side and they were drumming up business left and right while on our tour. Their big thing was trying to get us to go to dinner at a friends restaurant despite our repeated instance that we were not looking for dinner, but we wanted to see the Hindu temples. There were a few other issues during our stay. The 2nd biggest problem was the inconsistency in the housekeeping. Some days our room had been cleaned nicely other days it seemed as though making the bed was all they did. This place is really proud of their butler service, but I didn't see any great advantage to it. There were a lot of positives and the grounds are gorgeous, but an untidy room and a battle with the tour desk are major issues that reduce the comfort level significantly.

This was the second time that we have stayed at the Laguna. On both occasions the hotel came up to our expectations. The meals in the hotel are very good but, are on the expensive side. Thde beach,pool and grounds are first class.

The grounds were beatifully landscaped and maintained. The design of the resort is exquisite and the staff was remarkedly attentive. The accommodations were very attractive and immaculate.This has to be one of the best in Bali.

I have stayed at many nice hotels but our stay at the Laguna Resort and Spa is by far the most memorable and presents the best value.
Everything was well organised which has made our holiday a great experience in Bali.

Enjoyed swimming in the numerous Lagoons.
Relaxed under the Cabanas at a very reasonable price.
Good service in the dining areas, staff were always cheerful and most helpful.
We would definitely pay another visit.
