This was the BEST service of all that i have ever encountered with.
all the way from the very first point of my arrival, with a very pleasant receptionist who checked us In to the bell mans who showed us step by step of the hotel area and things that we should know. to all the staff in the pool, in the bars with their great sense of hospitality makes you feel like Kings and Queens.
I thank all of the staff to make this an amazing and memorable stay for me.
There is nothing that this hotel could possibly need to make a change for good, but just to keep up this great service.
sincere thanks to each and every of the hotel staff special Mr. Purna who made me a great journey, Ms. Putra who Made me feel like home, And finally honor of meeting the great and most hospitalized hotel GM Mr Mark who was present in the hotel lobby and greeting the guests.

Laguna resort is my 2nd home after Jakarta. This year I have stayed at Laguna 15-17February taking my friend from USA to celebrate his birthday in Bali, 21-24th March for my friend's honeymoon and on 30th -1st April for my family gathering. I will always stay at Laguna and always reccomend my family and friend to stay at Laguna. Thank you to the excellent front office Manager, who are very sincere on my last visit with my family.

We were so unhappy that we decided to reduce our stay by 3 days - these days were fully paid by us!!!
Your focus is Russians which is fine for you but does not comply with the way I am used to spend my vacations in the last 30 years.
We were looking for a relaxing time at the beach , calm nights and international guests that demonstrate respect und social behavior. All that we didn’t find in your Hotel ... I am deeply sorry.

The Laguna is located in the perfect setting, we had a Lagoon part sea view room with balcony on the 3rd floor which was ideal. The free Butler service provided was exerlent, in particular the Cornerstone Deli provided first class service at reasonable prices, all staff were polite and always willing to help. We will return next September and have recommended the Laguna to two of our friends who will book this year.

Definitely value for money.This resort is set in well advanced lush tropical gardens,I never have enough of, where you can enjoy birds sing all day long, while basking in the sun
and swim in the largest laguna in Nusa Dua.
Service and friendliness of the staff is beyond expectation.This was my third stay and many to come.Never had desire to try another resort.
The Laguna is highly recommended by me to all I meet.

We stayed in Laguna May 2013 on 2 occasions for a total of 3 nights and where very delighted about it. The staff is excellent, the resort and rooms are beautiful, the breakfast and diner just perfect.
There is only one minor minus about the location: when it is low tide there is no possibility anymore to swim in the sea, seaweed and local fishermen take over and enjoying the beachfront becomes less attractive.

We had a great time staying at your hotel, one of the best hotel we stayed. The food was good, the kids swimming pool was the best. My 2yr old daughter doesn't want to get out of the pool. The beach was beautiful, clean and so close to the hotel facilities. We will definitely come back. We love the lagoon pool and the other pools, the staff were excellent, they all looked after us well. The room was also good.

This Hotel was lovely. Very relaxing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very quite and beds really comfortable. The service poolside and beachside was also good. The choice of local dishes and Worldwide cuisine at breakfast was amazing. It is a shame that smoking is allowed in the outside area of the restaurant at breakfast time since smoke does drift to the non smoking area.

As a seasoned traveler across the globe, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff were helpful in every way and with our children, just absolutely wonderful. Luxury Nusa Dua has very good location the staff are very helpfull from front office manager Arinto, Oulet Manager Sukadana,Wira and other service Staff.The chef are outstanding I would like to thanks Chef Putra, Chef Bram, Chef Ridwan and Chef Aris.The butler service was super and housekeeping team was outstanding as well they managed to clean my room whitout fail my expectation

everything is resort is wonderful, pool is nice, beach is good, room is comfort. we had a buffet as dinner, it cost about 40USD per person and called sea food buffet, however, infact, in the buffet you get only one glass of wine or soft drink, only ice water is free and ok to refill. this is the only buffet that cannot provide enough drinks i have ever had. regarding the seafood part, there were only some small prawn, two kind of fish which are not good, octopus needs to be order seperately, they do not BBQ this without order, and the staff that doing the BBQ were not friendly at all. in all there are not much seafood you could have,when you order anything from them, it seems you are take stuff from their pocket. the all other stuff like salmon, oyster, etc, are not included in the buffet! so they cactually cannot call it a sea food buffet. the buffet was totally unworthy! bad experience at all!

It's a very beatiful hotel. There are many swimming pool in the hotel including that for baby.My son and daugter almost swimming from morning to evening.The food in the hotel is ok.But the room cleanliness needs improve.They say they clean the room two times for one day,but when I go back to the room,I see my daugter's diaper that I had thrown away in the morning is still in the rest room.

Let me conclude that one thing differentiates this resort with most of beach-front resorts in Bali is Arwana restaurant at which you can enjoy breakfast right front of sandy Nusa Dua beach...
Others are massive swimable lagoon pools, beauty of landscape as well as the hospitality of hotel staffs.
I will never be bored return here. Thank you for providing great time !

There are a lot of improvements that have been made by the management. My first visit wasn't really giving me a good impression. But on the second visit, I could see Laguna Resort was not the same anymore.
The Villa is fabulous. The quality and the price of the food is acceptable. The a/c in the room works very well. There are some facilities added and being upgraded (gym). Good job!!!

The Laguna is a very nice hotel. Staff are excellent especially at the beach bar and in the cornerstone deli. The rooms are nice but i wouldn't call them luxurious well not at least the ones i stayed in. I must say it was pretty disappointing to not even meet the manager given that I stayed in the hotel for two weeks and in last week of that stay brought a group of forty to the hotel.

Bali was an amazing place to visit. We looked forward to return to the Hotel every time we went out into town. Relaxed ambiance. The Staff was very attentive to ensuring our needs were met. I had coconut ice cream everyday day I was there :-). Breakfast and Dinner by the beach. Loved the access from my room directly into the Laguna pool....AMAZING! and just a quick walk onto the beach

We stayed at the LAGUNA RESORT AND SPA, NUSA DUA. The hotel was lovely and the location was what we really enjoyed. the hotel was close to the bali mall as well as all the other interesting places we wanted to see. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms were neat and comfortable. Only thing the rooms need an upgrade to go with the lovely appearance of the hotel.

I have been to many 5star establishments in my life but this is the first time I have said "WOW" since I was a young man staying in my 1st 5star hotel in 1996. Great check in process, great staff. Your restaurants were 6 star. I normally eat away from the hotels I stay in as the lunch and dinner service cannot match the local food but both of your restaurants are excellent.

We stayed over a few hotels during our recent Bali trip, but we must say The Laguna is simply the perfect resort destination for pure relaxation and privacy. Staff service is good although the front desk staff does not believed us when we mentioned the stay is inclusive of breakfast. However they apologized when realizing they should not have doubted us from the beginning.

The hotel was located at a wonderful location. The facilities are extensive and very well maintained. The staff are warm and friendly, but the gem are the rooms, there were magnificient. The beds were super cosy. One small complaint, the airconditioning were not towards the bed, making it a bit warm under teh covers at night. But all in all, a wonderful and memorable stay.

People are not helpful and slow. I requested to have a king size bed but it turned out that I got twin-bed and I only knew when I reached the room. I requested to get a king size bed. The receptions immediately said that there was no room with King size bed available. After I got upset, they brought me back to receptionist and it took long and finally I got kind size bed.

The set up of the hotel,the laguna pools was impressively nice: it offers space, choice of atmosphere, just à great experience. The restaurants where not only beaubtiful design, but the food was delicious! The spa was also vert Nice, with à great choice of treatments and gifted therapists. Unfortunately, the music ambiance of the spa was very unpleasant and repetitive!

We have been to Bali many times but have stayed at this resort for the first time. By comparison, Laguna stands above all. They exceed the 5 star rating! The level of customer service was above and beyond and the word "no" doesn't seem to exist. From the moment we arrived, during and to the minute that we left we were looked after in the most friendly and professional manner. We particularly want to point out Front Office Manager Adi Adhyana and Guest Relations Officer Theresia Windayani, who did their job with the utmost excellence! They went above and beyond their call of duties and in their manner of approach and attention, it was a pleasure to be in their company! It should be noted that the staff were very well spoken in English, which made it easier to converse and understand. We would like to further point out, that every staff member of all ranks did their job impressively and with utmost professionalism. The restaurant accommodated all our requests, particularly for items not on the menu. The chef Nurmaya Purba made delicious English porridge just to perfection and our likes. We recommend this resort to all and will return next year!

Every staff member was focused on ensuring that they provided the guests with excellent service. It may not be fair to suggest that any staff member was better than another, but we would like to make special mention of Sinta and Basuki (I am sure this isn't the correct spelling). The service they provided went far beyond what would normally be expected.

I have to say the staffs there are very friendly. Many of them will greet you when they pass by. Both of the environment and service are excellent.
Restaurant in the resort has variety of food to choose. Maybe more asian food (Chinese food) can be added.

Big advantage of the hotel is its lagoons arrangment for swimming which are unique in this area of Nusa Dua 9except partly St Regis).
But big downfall is that there is no high standard restaurant in the facility after closing of the Mayang Sari. As well the quality standard of the Spa has degraded for the last 2 years (product used are so .. so ..).

My husband and I could only get away to Bali for 5 nights this year but there are few better places to recharge our batteries -this was our third . The Deluxe Studio that we always stay in was as clean, comfortable and spacious as usual and the genuinely welcoming staff from those that met us at the airport, to the reception to housekeeping were simply a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay.
It was heartwarming to be recognized and greeted warmly by Ewin at the Cornerstone Deli who we met last year.
The breakfasts offered a great choice (my favorite is the fish which I can't get enough of!).
My only suggestion is that a staff member do the rounds of the area along the. Sapphire Lagoon Bar at say hourly intervals from 11am onwards to take orders for drinks and snacks/light lunches. Perhaps a laminated menu with a selection of drinks and meals could be left at each poolside setting - water resistant.
We look forward to our next visit!
