Family Plan Policy

Each room can accommodate a maximum of either three adults (with an additional bed for the third person) or two adults and two children aged 12 or younger, who sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Extra beds and child beds may incur extra charges.

Age Requirement Policy

All guests of the resort must be at least 17 years old to register. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.

Rated 5 out of 5 by WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE We stayed at the LAGUNA RESORT AND SPA, NUSA DUA. The hotel was lovely and the location was what we really enjoyed. the hotel was close to the bali mall as well as all the other interesting places we wanted to see. the staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were neat and comfortable. Only thing the rooms need an upgrade to go with the lovely appearance of the hotel. January 21, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Memorable Stay The hotel was located at a wonderful location. The facilities are extensive and very well maintained. The staff are warm and friendly, but the gem are the rooms, there were magnificient. The beds were super cosy. One small complaint, the airconditioning were not towards the bed, making it a bit warm under teh covers at night. But all in all, a wonderful and memorable stay. November 26, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel has bad services People are not helpful and slow. I requested to have a king size bed but it turned out that I got twin-bed and I only knew when I reached the room. I requested to get a king size bed. The receptions immediately said that there was no room with King size bed available. After I got upset, they brought me back to receptionist and it took long and finally I got kind size bed. August 8, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful decor, fantastic food The set up of the hotel,the laguna pools was impressively nice: it offers space, choice of atmosphere, just à great experience. The restaurants where not only beaubtiful design, but the food was delicious! The spa was also vert Nice, with à great choice of treatments and gifted therapists. Unfortunately, the music ambiance of the spa was very unpleasant and repetitive! May 7, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by amazing villa! We stayed in a villa with a private pool, and it was easily one of our most enjoyable hotel experiences ever. It's sublime, and the staff were incredible. They worked tirelessly to meet our every need, and exceeded our expectations every day. The spa was a tad disappointing (we tried it twice) but overall this is an extraordinary resort. Highly recommended. May 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good standard according to the location Big advantage of the hotel is its lagoons arrangment for swimming which are unique in this area of Nusa Dua 9except partly St Regis). But big downfall is that there is no high standard restaurant in the facility after closing of the Mayang Sari. As well the quality standard of the Spa has degraded for the last 2 years (product used are so .. so ..). February 25, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Blue Lagoon Hotel I'd stayed in this hotel for many times, and never bored with the ambience, the one and only hotel with large pool in Nusa Dua and you can just jump into the pool just right facing your room, fantastic. Hosted a business meeting for 120 delegates at this hotel in June 2012. this was our second time hosting a major event at this hotel and we will be back again. The Staff at a venue is what makes or breaks a corporate event. The staff at the Laguna are second to none. They approach every request with a smile and extreme efficiency. Just Brillient! Rated 5 out of 5 by Is this the best hotel on Bali ? Apart from the exception staff and high quality food, this resort is remarkably well managed and functions seamlessly. I have stayed here about 10 times over the past 16 months and the consistency is admirable. Well done to the management and staff for delivering a home away from home experience with consistent high quality service. cheers, February 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow! Simply an amazing and beautiful hotel. The only shortcoming was the beach itself, which is not really a white sand beach. The breakfast buffet was great, but the evening seafood buffet by the beach could use more variety of offerings. But the service is phenomenal, the hotel grounds are beautiful and the rooms are large and comfortable. April 12, 2013

Recommend to any-one looking for a relaxing and luxurious visit to Bali .Staff are delightful. Dining options remain a bit limited but plenty of good restaurants nearby. September 25, 2013

Luguna has excellent facilities and the executive suite was well furnished, well equipped and very comfortable. Thank you Laguna for a memorable stay. We look forward to our next holiday at Laguna. Rated 4 out of 5 by Comfortable room I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, the room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was amazing. The staffs were friendly and helpfull. The food choice for breakfast needs to be more variative although the existing ones were quite delicious.. Overall I enjoy my stay at Laguna hotel. September 3, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall, this hotel is excellent for both couple and family My wife and I love The Lauguna. We like to stay in Nusa Dua area because of quiet and the water are clear. The hotel is good to me because it is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants just outside of resort area. And the pools in The Lauguna are good. Many lagoons and pools. Cleanliness of the rooms, the pool area, the breakfast, the spa area and the friendliness of the staff is excellent. Rated 5 out of 5 by Brilliant holiday! Wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. From our arrival to our departure, we felt welcome and all staff were brilliant. Hotel rooms need a bit of updating but otherwise we loved it. Not too busy and really relaxing. Food was 5 star!! Especially the seafood restaurant. The staff MAKE this hotel 5 star!. They could not do more and were always pleasant and helpful. Brilliant service, tasty food and great facilities. Would definitely recommend the Spa and treatments. Great gym facilities too. Special praise for Kris on reception as he was really helpful and very friendly, Wira who worked in the restaurant and was lovely and delivered exceptional customer service, Gst Wibawa too, Erwin and Irwan at the Cornerstone restaurant/shop were wonderful and so friendly and helpful and lastly Krishna in the restaurant who made my omelette every morning, not only was he kind and pleasant, he was very friendly too. We had a wonderful holiday and didn't want to leave!! Thanks Laguna!! See you again soon. August 21, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Most RELAXING resort on expansive estate in Nusa Dua 8 days in sublime, expansive & multiple pools surrounded by gardens & peace. The fresh 'local' juice every morning is the best way to start the day and included in with breakfast buffet. Butler service is second to none, simply perfect. All resort staff were polite, caring and happy. Great holiday. August 1, 2013

Beautiful beach. The only thing that slightly saddened relaxing on the beach - peddlers. I would highly recommend this hotel for my friends and those who is looking for the luxury vacation. Many swimming pools and lagoons in the resort which never bored my wife and me during the stay. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and looking forward to coming back to this hotel in near future. May 6, 2013

Minor negative...although booked/notified a month in advance, no cot was available for our child and room upgrade required to accomodate. April 6, 2013

The food was excellent, the gardens were beautifully maintained and picturesque, the public areas were imposing but not overpowering and the beach facilities extremely good. The Laguna is a paradise for all accommodations and location like sea, swimming pool, food, environment .....and people soo nice and available. It was a dream for us ! Rated 5 out of 5 by The hotel with the friendly luxury A fantastic place with friendly employees. Clean rooms, excellent food, a hotel to stay for a longer period. Even the beach is wonderful, the only negative point is the dirt in the seawater (mainly the plastics). A better daily cleaning could help to improve the situation. May 1, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by There is nothing luxuary in this hotel there is nothing luxury about this hotel. The rooms are dated with stains on wall, dirt in hallway carpet, showers are the quality of a Motel, TV service was spotty, etc. The hotel needs a complete renovation. First time disappointed stay in a starwood hotel, when we check in at 3pm, the room is not ready. The hotel missed to pick up our friend in the mid of the night. The service is slow and poor. we had to call multiple times to get two plug adaptors for our cell phones. They finally arrived with only one 45 mins later. Instead of let us check in after 3pm, the cleaning service is start from 9am in the morning which is annoying during the holiday. One night when we came back the room found there is a big hole on the bed sheet, and the door was opened after cleaning service. on the last night stay in the hotel, the hotel swap my deposit credit card on 4am in the morning about 10MM rpd, the bank has sent alert message to check whats going on. this is the first time, a 5 star hotel doing this without inform me. But what most amazingly is the vast pool that lays just on the door step of your terrace, you can even go to your friend's room by swimming ! December 12, 2012
