so pity that the sea in sanyawan is not clean.
Very good service to arrange shuttle to Yalong Wan Sheraton for private bench and airport.

I am writing this in regards to our stay in Sanya. We are very pleased with the service and hotel accommodations. You have exceeded our expectations. I travel frequently for corporate travel in the US and abroad, and I will be sure to tell my friends and colleagues of the outstanding treatment by the staff and the overall wonderful experience. We unexpectedly received a Birthday Cake from your Concierge Kroeger on Tuesday the 29th and it made my fiancée and myself very happy. You can also expect a very favorable review on CTrip. Next time we visit Sanya, we will be staying at Sheraton Four Points. The room and property were outstanding. The meals at breakfast, in the restaurants, and Room Service, both Western and Local also exceeded our expectations.

I spent a great stay in four points hotel in sanya, the hotel is close to the aiport by bus or shuttle. the beach is just in front the hotel.

This hotel has twice disappointed me.
Incident no.1 - 15 Oct 2013
Dinner at the Eatery All Day Dinning. Ordered Penne Cabonarra. It came Penne Carbonarra swiming in oil. It was just to oily to consume.
Incident no.2 - 27 May 2014
No housekeeping to my room. Nobody came tidy my room, empty the dustbin, make my bed... etc. All I get is a card under the door claiming that I was "busy" and thus no need for houskeeping.
Yes, I was busy. Very busy with my meetings in town and I am am sorry, I couldnt be in the room for the attendant to clean up my room.
Instead of apologizing for the shortfall of service. The attendant who came to resolve the issue tried to accuse me of turning on the DND sign. Bear in mind, an attendant came to resolve the issue. Despite sounding displeasure over the phone with the front desk. Must be a new service standards.
The associates lack training in all areas. Please buck up. This is not what I expect out of a Sheraton Branded hotel.
