Hundreds of restaurants are just a super short walk away. The city is safe and the main road has a sidewalk. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive. Loved the pool and Plunge bar/restaurant. Nice views from almost every room. Rooms are spacious and well planned especially the bathroom area. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children, we never felt claustrophobic in the room. A bit disappointed with the US prices charged at the salon. Less price = more business. Residing in Vietnam has changed my pricing expectations. Had the price been closer to other Vietnamese posh salons, I would have had less frizzy hair. :) Overall a good place to stay.

Fantastic Ocean view from the Swimming Pool and was fully surprised by the quality of the breakfast. Most importantly, the warm, helpful and smiling staffs make this holidays so great!

Very nice hotel with great location. Beach is right in front of hotel and city mall beside. Nice staff with positive attitude and professional service.
Premier deluxe king room has very nice view better than juior suite.
club lounge has the best view of Nha Trang.
Vin pearl land just take 15mins by cable car.
Strong recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at the Sheraton. The staff was really helpful and attentive. The beach at Nha Trang is great. We had great massages and the pool is great as well.

A great experience. The club room was well staffed and the food was great especially the breakfast. The entire staff is well trained and always ready to help with tours or other needs. Great location right across from the beach with great beach views from our room and club floor. The cooking class that we took was also great.

Fabulous location, great friendly staff who were only too willing to help. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday!
