Rated 2 out of 5 by Good hotel staff needs improvement Excellent facility, but lacks fine tuning on many issues. It took one hour to check in the 2 rooms that we booked, beaing in mind we arrived after 3pm. Some staff around the pool do not speak english. Hotel staff uses the smae elevators as we do, I had to stop on one instance twice to reach the 5th floor. At the buffet my son dropped bread on the floor, the waiter simply returned the bread to the table instead of disposing it. Maintenance was done on the weekend and we had to see these guys go infron of us and fix tiles around the pool, some of them with no uniform. Above all the valet guys kept the hazard lights on for my car on all through my stay,a nd the problem took more than 2 hours to sort out. The have ruined my battery and my family was very uncomfortable for 2 hours not knowing what to do. How difficult is it to jump tart a car. And I need to know who ruined my car battery and get re-imbursed with a new one and a compensation for the trauma we enfured for a silly issue. We are victims or irresponsble behaviour form the valtet and how the concerige dealt with it by saying we do not have jumer cables. I'm sure cctv would show my car blining for 3 days and n one atteneded to it. The pool bar mene is very limited, and menus are all broken April 14, 2013
