Rated 5 out of 5 by Very good resort that will be excellent once completely finished I went here with my family and we all felt really well taken care of and the staff was very alert and friendly. The resort was not completely finished when we were here and some pool areas and restaurants had not been opened yet. The kids club (Sandcastle Club) was a really nice place and our kids really enjoyed spending time there. The food was also very good and the service both room service and the service by the pool was great. February 29, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by excellent hotel for a great holiday We have come to relax and enjoy a nice beach in the Arabian Sea, we have always eaten at the hotel and the food was just great. We also played golf and this course has really special but we had fun and the court is really wonderful close to the Gulf. March 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by It has a quite Atmospher the hotel has really a quite atmosphere. to whom searching for beaches and relaxation, I would suggest this hotel for them. My visit to this hotel was for business and my comment on the room facilities is: 1- No Complementary Tea, Coffee, Kettle ... etc. In order to have a tea you have to call the room service and they will provide on demand which is a time waste. rather than that. the hotel highly recommended. Rated 5 out of 5 by Just Right I really enjoyed a 2 night stay a this hotel. It is a quality property that works for business and leisure. I tried all the restaurants and enjoyed them all and was looked after extremely well. The highlight was a fantastic dinner at 55&5th. Wonderful food and first class service,. The staff were very attentive with a passion for the restaurant - very knowledgeable, had a good sense of timing, and very pleasant to talk to. September 16, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Simply the best I have stayed at the top hotels in Abu Dhabi. The St Regis is in the top two. Except for lack of communication between the porter and the front desk, all went beautifully. I would 100% recommend this hotel again and again for value for money, luxury and high level of service. For the Westerner travelling abroad, service and affordable luxury is paramount and the St Regis is the perfect combination of those requirements. June 15, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very relaxing break, away from it all The hotel provides a relaxing environment to get away from it all and relax. The combination of adult pool, family pool and kids club means there is something for everyone. We had a few problems during the stay relating to service quality and efficiency, but when raised with the manager they were addressed well. Food choice was good, but service around the pool was hit and miss, and not many casual eating options April 25, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Luxury and Opulence This was hands down the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are so nice, I wouldn't think to leave if not for the splendid beaches. This is a great destination to relax and unwind. There isn't much nightlife in Abu Dhabi if I have to think of one negative, but that is more Abu Dhabi than anything else. This is the perfect beach and relaxation destination. January 31, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Hotel with excellent service Everything with the hotel was excellent. From the moment of check in to check out. However, if i had to point out one small issue, i'd have to say the service on the beach isn't up to the mark in comparison to everything else. It was hard to find someone to take our order most of the time. When we finally ordered, drinks took a while to arrive and they arrived warm. Other than that, everything was perfect. April 21, 2013

The rooms are nice, restaurants are fine (i particularly recommend the 55-5 , and for lunch time the Turquoise), but, i have been disappointed by the activities for children : rules of the swimming pool are definitively impossible for children. No animations ( volleyball only...,) on the beach, and the check in / check out process should be revisited: definitively too long..... May 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by St. Regis hotel swept me off my feet St. Regis hotel is a real must when you stay in Abu D'habi. The staff is very polite and help you whenever help is needed, besides this they also ask if you need something to make your stay (even) more luxurious. The accomodation is excellent and the buffets are delicious and vast. Pools, dinners, accomodation, service, etc. were more than good. February 7, 2014

WE LIKED THE MANHATTAN LOUNGE A LOT, A COSY BAR WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE, ALSO HAD DINNER AT SONTAYA AND 55TH & 5 GRILL, BOTH EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY THE LAST ONE. March 7, 2014

Well, we booked the early check in and late check out, was waiting for long time for the check in , then decided to have our brunch first while the hotel process our check-in, but when i got the call from hotel said that the room was ready , it was already almost 4pm. During the brunch, food not very impressed, the drink package we paid for was the champagne package, and not including other cocktails, such as Mojito or Long island iced tea, compare with other hotels in A.D, pay same price you can have almost everything. When we back to the room, we had to asked twice for the blanket finally arrived. Not impressed again. Also the next day, after 12pm, the room key expired, we had to walk back to the reception to activeted, waste time. I wouldn't suggest my friends come to stay, but would still like to check out other restaurants in St. Regis, also the ladies' night if you have one. April 21, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Beautiful Property and Facilities This was my second stay and as before the facilities were second to none, the room was excellent. However, as is often the case in the UAE the service did not quite match the splendour of the fixtures and fittings. We had some quite disappointing F&B experiences, however, still enjoyed our stay overall. The Kids club facilities were excellent and the pools and beach setting the best in Abu Dhabi. Rated 5 out of 5 by A fabulous holiday! Having just returned from the St Regis, I am delighted to say that this ranks amonst one of our top holidays to date. The hotel was perfect for us in every way. However, it was the discreet yet friendly manner of the staff combined with the adult only pool area which afforded us the relaxation we were looking for. We will certainly return to the St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in the future. November 1, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing hotel theme The hotel is very crowded so must have more beach chair , must have a cafe or mini bar at the beach side, must have a water heater with tea cup and suger in the room. The bathroom is excellent. Prices in the hotel's resturants is very expensive. Olya Waitress's uniform is very beautiful. The hotel must have a gift shop or grocery store for body lotion, woman paper, sun blocker, pain killer , etc. April 7, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by great hotel We enjoyed our stay very much,staff excellent.Checking in was a disaster,but soon sorted.Breakfast needs some organisation,we queued for a table whilst others just walked in & sat down.They need 2 people cooking eggs.too long a wait.Turquise restaurant needs updating to match the other restaurants which were superb.Beach looks nice until you hit the stones,so we had to swim in the pools. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great place but needs to be a little more baby friendly though the hotel has a large number of children visiting, the baby changing facilities in the public areas need to be improved. however, before our arrival, we had asked for a sterilizer, baby cot, kettle etc and all were in place when we checked in. the babysitter Carmel is excellent with babies and we would highly recommend her. the local food options can do with some improvement. Rated 5 out of 5 by this hotel requires an at least 2 nite stay! our stay had been most luxurious. regret we didnt book a second nite. as we were about to enjoy ourselves fully, we had to check out. the hotel has so much to offer but little time to savour it. we would recommend to ourselves and friends to stay at least 2 nights. *we didnt prefer the butler service. a room self-service with coffee/tea /fruit basket facilities would be most excellent. Rated 4 out of 5 by Awesome Hospitality! We recently went to St regis for a one night stay. The hospitality was just great. We did have to wait for the room to check in however the staff was attentive and made sure that we were made comfortable. The rooms were good and well appointed. The butler service was great and attentive. The restaurant esp turqouize and Sontaya were good. Will definitely visit again in future. August 25, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Outstanding hotel, mediocre service The hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful grounds and well appointed, comfortable rooms. Service in Manhattan bar was extremely slow. We tried and tried to get them to be more timely, but we failed every time. Food service at the bar was inconsistent also. Bathroom provisioning was also sub par. I ran out of bar soap and it wasn't replaced for 2 days. Front desk staff was outstanding. March 2, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful Stay My wife and I went to visit the hotel for a long weekend and it was all fantastic. Porbably the only thing I was not very keen of was the lady at reception who did our check-in. She was very dry and did not want to concede on giving us a room with a better view. Apart from that all was fantastic regarding the hotel. PS: Some stones at the beach still need to be removed. May 28, 2013
