My wife and I were welcomed to the huge resort with great hospitality. The room we had is big and has a great view for the sunset. The multi-level swimming pools are one of the highlights for the resort.
We stayed there over the Christmas holidays and loved how the staff became a singing choir in the lobby. Many families enjoyed it.

Room: Big and comfortable room with great rain shower. The only let down is that our duluxe sea-view room's view was blocked by another block of rooms.
In-Room Dining (Express Service) was superb - great food and we only waited for about 15-20mins.
Great pools and nice sunset.
Staff are always ready to help & food is good.

Situated in a quiet location, this hotel suited our needs very nicely. It is situated on Siray Bay close to Phuket Town and has an efficient tuk-tuk service between the lobby, restaurants and rooms. It also has a convenient mini-bus service to and from the city at regular intervals. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Hotel is in a beautiful setting. Beach is not the best of Phuket tho, pools are unique and different.

Rated 4 out of 5 by limbus Great Hotel located in the wrong place.
The hotel structure is fantastic; getting there is a problem. A general paint job is required on most of the buildings. Ice Makers should be available near the rooms. Breakfast GOOD. Pools are fantastic. My room was simply excelent. Mention should be made to the fact that you have to "climb" a lot of stairs.

My wife and I had a most memorable experience at the resort, meeting our expectation of a quality getaway to celebrate my birthday. The facilities in the resort was good and the staff attended to and met all our needs, contributing to our wonderful stay. We will be back again, this time with our friends.

The staffs are very kind. The swimming pool (especially splash pool) is very clean / large. The sun tan chair & cocoon chair are very cosy. The beach was good. The breakfast buffet at seaonal tastes are the best. I enjoyed smoked salmon, pancake, omlet, noodle & various smoothie/fruit juice.

The resort need a lot of work done the paint is falling from the wall, the room was noise with the carts room 4428 right were the carts park by that building , we ask them to change us to another room and the change was denaided, in the morning we had a early tour and we ask for a plastic container to take just some fruit with us and they say it was against the resort policy. No free Internet beside the lobby! Bathroom light didn't work, carts usually didn't came to pick up, everybody ( employes) is on their cellphones and also I saw a few in Facebook on the resort computers. I ask for a pack of cigarettes and it took 40 min for them to bring them , we eat at the Italian restaurant and the food was really bad. And we order pizza to the room and it was the worth I ever had beside they only brought the pizza box with no plates or silver ware. We have been traveling around Asia for over a month now matter fact we are in Singapore right now. And westin Phuket has been the only bad experience thru our trip.

as a 40 year traveller, trader with Hotels, and advisor for P&G, Lever and Henkel in cleaning trade to hotels, bed linnen etc, there is not one remakr to be made, even using my best immagination and opening my book of Pinokkio stories I have heard ofr this period of my working life

This Hotel was built in 2010 and already falling apart. Pool Tiles falling off, Elect. Outlets came out of the wall, Roofs already covered with plastic apparently leaking. Staff was wonderful, room didn't meet up to other Westin Hotels I have stayed not on my top ten of SPG Hotels.

I was not pleased with the services from many staffs. The guys who drive golf carts to take people to/from their rooms needs training; one time my wife waited for 5 min for a cart to show up at the lobby and when one guy finally showed up, he asked my wife what room and then he asked 4 other guys who where behind my wife which room they were going to; then he choose to bring those 4 guests to their room first and left my wife standing there! What kind of logic is that? Also, another time one guy was "texting" on his phone sitting on a cart, when we asked him to drive us to our room, he took his time and "thought about it for a few seconds" before agreeing to take us to our room. As for the cleaning lady, after first day of service, one of the slippers disappeared (not certain was because we didn't leave a tip on first day); after leaving a tip (we did not leave any notes indicating it was a tip; they didn't hesitate to take any change you leave on the table!). After taking the tip, the missing slipper still didn't come back (we clearly left 3 slippers where it's clearly visible and the staff didn't bother to find the missing one). The staff also only left "one" bottle of body wash (shampoo/conditioner always had 2 bottles every day but not bodywash). It is so hot and we need to shower at least twice to 3 times a day; why did we only receive "1" bottle of body wash each day? Could the staff be keeping the extra bottle for themselves? Lastly, the service at EEST (Asian restaurant) is extremely slow. We showed up for dinner one night and waited there for 8-10 min and nobody was there to greet us! Finally a bus boy saw us and had to ask a waiter to bring us to our table. Overall the resort is interesting and the pools are excellent but services (other than front desk) need to improve big time! Also, starpoint calculation was incorrect so the posted amount on my account was wrong.

From welcome check-in to departure, everything were perfectly executed. Service is impeccable, great pools, great food and we love their attention to details.
We visit Phuket every year for the past three year, first time in Westin Siray and will surely not the last.

We were stuck in Phuket for the night as we were not able to travel to Phi Phi Island due to the weather and this was a great back-up plan. Could not have been more pleased with the hotel - room, pool, dining and comfort.

a bit disappoint about the cleanliness of room especially on the top cover of table and terrace, rooms are located up around the hill so you have to climb up to room or wait for the staff to pick up

We loved it here! It was so beautiful! The service was excellent and our rooms were great. The Sala pool villa Room was huge and amazing. The pool was fantastic and the morning buffets were excellent. I would definitely stay here each time I visited Phuket!

Traveling to Phuket for our honeymoon, the Westin seemed like an obvious choice. This hotel is beautiful and the privacy is a plus. However, this played on the downside: food and dribks are Extremely expensive and sincerily below average for our standards.

My family had wonderful experience by staying at Westin Phuket: room upgraded to suite with great view, excellent happy-hour, all staff are kind and helpful.
Everying is perfect, except for the beach, which is not as good as the other ones in Phuket.

We were very happy with our stay at the resort.
The staff were at all times courteous and friendly and the facilities were of a very high standard for the region.
The breakfast buffet was superb and the in resort dining very good in general.

I arrived early and early check-in was possible immediately. everything including staffs, breakfast and correspondence for my request was excellent. I do want to visit here again soon.
Bad thing: they charge 100 baht for one way trip to town.

All things fine, staff members keep on interacting with each other even in guest presence. Seems a little discourteous but not intolerable. Breakfast gets too crowded but quite nice on the food and service part. Nice place good value.

The overall hotel facilities and location were pleasant. However, the buggy vehicle service needs to improve. The waiting times were rather long. On one occasion, I had to wait for close to 30min, and no buggy came. In the end, I walked back from the SPA center back to my hotel room.
I was also extremely disappointed with the coordination over billing matters, between Hotel staff and SPG. Apparently I was billed by SPG prior to my stay in Westin. But when I checked with the Hotel upon my arrival, I was told there was no payment received, and was advised to make full payment again. Even the prior payment charged to my credit card was wrong.
I was shocked when I heard this, and had to spend a Sunday, just staying in the resort to try and resolve this, including calling back SPG Singapore. Quite frankly, my hotel stay was very short, and to spend time resolving this kind of matter is really uncalled for. The stay experience would have been so much better if this was done more professionally in advance!
Hope the hotel and SPG pays attention to the above.

Hotel is built on the side of a steep hill and provides for a differnet type of holiday.
Staff generally firendly, room and view were excellent.

Stayed for 6D 5N, SPG surprised as I was upgraded to bigger room with a view.
I really appreciate the extra welcome service.
I enjoyed warm breeze, the peaceful enviroment that is so rare nowadays at any popular resort .

I was here for a corporate event, which was flawlessly organized. The conference facilities are very good and the internet very fast. Food and beverage is outstanding but with one disappointment: the coffee at the breakfast buffet is terrible. Maybe they put too much coffee in the caffetiere, I don't know. The coffee that is brought together with the breakfast in the rooms is excellent, however. So I am not sure what is going on there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. I had one problem though that they were renovating the room above me: after complaining they stopped. When I moved to the Sala pool villa I of course did not have that problem anymore. However, annoyingly on my free Saturday, again renovation sounds were coming from one of the rooms and sound of the worst kind: cutting tiles... The management should not allow stone and tile cutting to be done within hotel premises. Measurements can be taken and stone cut outside of the premises. Apart from the above gripes I still think this is an excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall, Hotel is perfectly nice.
Nice swimming pool and Breakfast restaurant.
But some guide service (Recommendation for tourist was not available) and room cleanliness were less than my expectation.
