Rated 5 out of 5 by An awesome resort in a wunderful setting We only stayed for three days at the St. Regis. The Resort is located in a wonderful setting, service in all departments was excellent and very friendly. There was no wish left open and we felt very comfortable an pampered. We also will stay at our next visits to Mauritius in this well managed and relaxing resort. Our compliments to mgt. and staff. September 22, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Best staff Great location and service! Me and my family had excellent time! We were so impres of the staff in any area and i would like to thank you to all of them! I will write few names just to let you know how good are they: Dora, Deshall, Steeve, Pushpanjali, Silvester, the chef of Atsuko restorant and few more! I am putting those names, because they are really good! And your tennis teacher Avi, he is professional teacher and player! You have to be pround of these people that I mention, they are amazing! Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for a relaxed family holiday The St Regis is a perfect hotel ideally located on the southern penisula of Le Morne. As an SPG Platinum Preferred Guest I was very pleased with the upgrades that we received from the St Regis. Our rooms in Le Manoir we magnificent. As an SPG Ambassador, we were well received during our stay. We were fortunate to benefit from the Butler Service and Jaysen, our butler, made our stay even more special. Jaysen, thank you so much for all your efforts during our stay. We ate at all the restaurants at the resort and the service was excellent. The food was delicious, especially in Simply India. Ryan, thank you for your service and excellent staff. Also Jaysen arranged 2 special meals including the Mauritian menu which was one of the highlights. During the day, we relaxed by the pool and beach area. There were many complimentary activities available from the boat house as well as many external excursions such as dolphin swimming and fishing, which are highly recommended. The service at the pool was friendly and the lunch menu was varied. Vikram and Sylvestre, thank you for taking care of us during the day. Overall, this was one of our best vacations with my family. We loved the hotel, location and the staff. Again, a special thanks to Jaysen for providing excellent service we really appreciated it. We will definitely stay at the St Regis in Mauritius again. Rated 5 out of 5 by St. Regis Le Morne Greate hotel, over expectations. All staff always smilling to there guest. Perfect hotel with kids, all kids staff throw themseves with kids. Expecial mention to Ryan (restaurant manager), Caroline( reception desk), and Mr. Aldo Carnel (central reservations manager). Please congratulate them for their well done work. Hotel in best location for kitesurf and windsurf all levels, from beginers to expert wave ridding riders. We will be back next year for sure. Rated 1 out of 5 by Very disappointing ! We have chosen St Regis for our honeymoon. We are platinum member and we decided to come in this hotel because of the level of services and the luxury reputation of the st regis. We were clearly disappointed: Recognition: I spent every year a tremendous amount of money in SPG hotels. I said many times that I was coming for my honeymoon and that I was expecting a very high level of service . When we arrived, nobody was aware and we didnt had any special attention or even a welcome gift ( as it should be ) Service: Some of the staff were very kind , however many of them don't know anything about their regions and are not able to advise on where to go or what to do ... When we arrived; nobody explained us how the hotel works, activities or others... Food: The food is good, but not exceptional . Buffet are always the same ... very boring . Moreover two of the restaurants were completely close during our stay .. nobody told us about this. those where the best places ( beachfront...). So we had to go to the LUX hotel just nearby to enjoy proper diner with show and music!!! The hotel is very quiet, too quiet, nearly dead... Activities : The hotel offers some great activities but be careful . We used their bicycle to got the Gaulette village ( 30 min away) after 10 minutes the tyre flat and the seat was broken, we were stuck in the sun for 2 hours on the main road. We had to pay a taxi to get back to the hotel ... The hotel didnt really care and confirm they do not check material before ... We had to fight to get our money back because they don't speak between each other, so we had to explain many time what happen to finally get our money back External services as car renting as example dont hesitate to wake up you very early on the morning to request you to come and give back the key while it was decided to give back the key much later int he day .... Overall I would say it could be a great hotel but it s a waste of money July 7, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best Mauritian Address My favorite Mauritian resort... The staff is definitely very welcoming and you can instantly feel the warmth of the surrounding and people once you embark. Special mention to Ranveer and Joelle and the butler Vikash, who were so pleasant and cheerful in their respective positions... Graat professionalism... One of the hotel you can even find various activities indoor. I will definitely come back and i recommend 100%. June 26, 2015
