Rated 5 out of 5 by 很贴心的酒店。 我是出来散心的,当我进入瑞吉,发现每位服务人员都洋溢着很贴心的微笑。办理入住时,提供的那杯饮料不知道是什么名字,但是真的很好喝啊:)我订的房间非常宽大,舒适,朋友说一个人住真的感觉好奢侈......每天晚上服务员都会在床头柜上放上一颗费列罗。有人对海滩提出没有隔壁几家酒店好,我去体验了一下。其实我认为海滩都是那个样子,我是顺着瑞吉的海滩一直走到了亚龙湾的入口,大概有4KM左右,也许就是某一两个酒店的沙子好点罢了,估计是我不太挑的原因吧。早餐我认为还不错,我都是早上10点起床吃早餐,结果一不小心把午餐都一起吃了,嘿嘿。出门,服务员会帮你叫车,会告诉你大约要花多少钱,让你感觉自己不会被欺骗。我很喜欢瑞吉。唯一的小缺陷就是,作为喜达屋的会员,连住两天,我申请延时退房都不可以,哭死。下次来,继续住,希望能帮我延时退房啦!谢谢瑞吉酒店的各位,让我很开心。 November 22, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by 服务不好,硬件设施还可以 4.6日刚刚入住了奖励的2天住宿,去了之后给升级了顶级海景房(8楼),说说体验吧。 先说好的地方:早晨的自助餐算是还不错;酒店的装修很好,房间的浴缸很大,可以看海,卫生间很大,我太太比较喜欢;我儿子在儿童娱乐室也玩得很开心;泳池的水特别清澈;会员的儿童餐免费;景观还不错。 感觉有待改进的地方:去之前就听说过的管家服务在我住的这两天里面一直就没有享受到,基本上就是我有问题的话就打个服务电话咨询一下,和普通的客房服务差不多,没有见到管家主动上门介绍;海滩的卫生不够好,我游泳的时候水中有塑料袋,水下甚至还有啤酒瓶;离店的时候我叫了行李员到房间拿行李,等了一会没人来,我就先下去checkout,结果完了之后打个电话给太太,结果还是没有人上去,找人问了一下,行李员居然没得到通知,晕倒,气愤,影响了我的好心情。 总起来说,好的设施和非常有待改进的服务并存 April 8, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by 这家酒店管理有问题 这个酒店的管理出现了很大的问题,各个环节各部门的沟通不畅。我下午两点半到达酒店,提出想换到同等级别双床房。被告知一个小时之后才能有房间,让我到大堂等待。可经我多次催促,直到下午五点半仍然没有人给我确切的入住时间。白白把我晾了快3个小时。谢谢你们,难得的假期被你们浪费了一天。还好有负责人及时出面帮我们解决了问题,但是普通海景房和顶级海景房有什么区别?价格贵那么多?我的房间在6楼反正只能看到一丁点海。服务员素质还不错,有一颗做好服务的心,可惜同事不给力!中餐厅很不错,比御海棠的全日餐厅要好很多,但海边餐厅味道一般,没有御海棠好。水疗不错,名不虚传。 November 13, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by 真正的度假酒店 寶寶超級喜歡。退房那天,兩歲多的寶貝居然給我說:我不回家,我要天天住酒店。小傢伙也算走南闖北了,各種豪華酒店也住得不少,這是第一次留戀一家酒店。也許是瑞吉的兒童俱樂部,也許是環繞著房間的小泳池,也許是水中的籃球架,也許是乾淨的沙灘把小傢伙迷住了,還是那些漂亮的管家阿姨呢,呵呵,誰也不知道小傢伙心中的答案。但酒店的漂亮,大氣和服務確實讓人印象深刻。 只是中心泳池的兒童池不能使用呀,有點小遺憾,那種圓形小池對寶寶來說還是最安全呢。 October 18, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 还需改进 硬件很不错,软件还需改进,员工看上去很努力,但是素质还需提高,和其他地方SPG酒店还是有一定差别,管家服务有点名不符实。我们入住的是2556和2665房间,管家窗口据说系统坏了,无法使用。酒店还在装修,绿化确实没有旁边喜来登好。 早餐不错,但是海鲜餐厅在整修,只能在ming xuan吃了三个晚上,几乎把菜单上菜全部吃遍了,西餐厅的晚餐有失水准。。。。 希望能再努力下,虽然是度假酒店,但是瑞吉的品牌希望能保持下去! October 6, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 这是一家很温馨的酒店 总体来说是让一个家庭感觉很温馨很舒服的酒店 管家服务很特别很亲切 2岁的儿童特别喜欢儿童俱乐部 SPG会员中餐厅有免费的儿童套餐 成人用餐价也价廉物美 无边恒温泳池很特别狠大气 免费穿梭巴士很实用很人性化 这次去还免费升级海景房 很意外的惊喜 提两个小小的期待:门厅的接待服务可以更为有序高效 海滩上可以多巡视清除下垃圾 总之 期待明年再来享受度假的欢乐时光 December 4, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 难忘的蜜月体验 蜜月旅行和周年纪念都选择三亚,都选择入住瑞吉。除了对那里的棉柔的沙滩,迷人的海边有着眷恋,酒店的舒适,温馨住宿体验更给我们的旅行加分。管家的细致服务,餐厅的各色美食,让我们的纪念旅行充满很多难忘的回忆。不知道什么时候,广场两旁和沙滩的椰子树成熟,海水还是那么清澈的时候一家三口可以乘着游艇再次回归~ October 24, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by 非常好的家庭度假酒店 我想三亚瑞吉酒店的海滩一定会给绝大部分住客留下深刻印象的,这是酒店特色更是亮点。一想起海边的吊床、沙发、儿童沙滩玩具......这些,就觉得画面舒服惬意,真好。因此觉得这家酒店非常适合家庭度假,十分温馨。至于其他软、硬件方面,当然也不失望,符合期待。 March 25, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Far below usual St. Regis standard Stayed 3 nights in August, 2012. Pluses: - New hardware. - Room decor is typical of St. Regis. - Staff generally friendly but service was poor (see Negatives below). - More secluded side of Yalong Bay, so probably less crowded than other hotels that are next to each other. Negatives: - Construction all around premise. Noise and blockage of view. - Staff barge into rooms without knocking AND despite DND sign being on. - Housekeeping calls whenever they want to ask if they can come and clean the room despite the DND sign being on. - Hotel room floors are marble and not properly cleaned every day. - Seemed to be some type of group tour promotion going on, so was not the type of guest mix I expected at a St. Regis. Very chaotic and noisy every where. - Some staff liked to say, "yes, I can help you with ____, because it is low season and we are not that busy". - At most Starwood properties, Platinum members would get access to a lounge and some other benefits. None here. Some benefits came with the premium ocean view room, but none were associated with Platinum status. Several staff had no clue what SPG or Platinum status was. - Ming Xuan Chinese restaurant is below average for St. Regis. Dishes not well done and way too small for the price point. - Lobby lounge singer was terrible and the piano was out of tune. Every afternoon the "music" would give one headaches. - Very wasteful on toiletries like toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo, etc. Just opened and used once, then taken away by housekeeping and yes, replaced with new one, but way too wasteful. Rated 2 out of 5 by 这次入住比以前差远了 这次入住首先去了酒店取房等了2个小时左右.晚上回去酒店停车还得头朝外.跟那个保安好说不行很是气人。没办法只好把车重新掉头,房间和以前安排的不一样没有以前的那个房间好.还有管家服务更是体验不到.打电话送个东西慢的很,这次入住很是不好 October 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by 舒适的假期体验 这家酒店的环境硬件不错,特别喜欢那个金鱼缸游泳池和海边的休息区,服务员的态度很好,都会主动打招呼且面带笑容很亲切,还会不时进房间关电视开窗。早餐时间安排合理,可以吃到11点,适合晚起的人,且品种和味道都不错!还有个特别的私家电影院可以躺着看电影。有点不足就是找管家要多张被子都要打3次电话才送到,效率有待提高。最好以后能提供免费穿梭巴士或者电瓶车到百花谷。 October 2, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by 服务非常失望 4月6日 下午14::00到达酒店.check-in 信用卡预授权完成时14:12(信用卡账单时间,不然也记不得)。告知需要等一会,房间还没有收拾好。让我先到大堂稍等会有人来通知我,我就带baby去儿童乐园了,15:40回来之后,前台竟然,忙到已经忘记我来过了,房间自然也没有安排。非常的愤怒。 离开酒店请礼宾帮忙叫了出租车,结果上车不能打表,需要一口价120。问了门童,说这是酒店车队,都是这样收的。如果需要收一些差价消费,可以明说。何必这样?非常不地道。礼宾前台管理绝对是最失败的地方。 房间内发现多只蟑螂。虽然升级到套房,还是让人恶心。 April 7, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by 不错的度假体验 暑假一家三口来三亚度假,在此酒店入住两晚。碰巧赶上半价优惠,顶级海景房是1750+15%的价格,感觉还不错。房间挺大,七楼看海挺好的。由于远离市区,在酒店用餐是必须的。早餐还有中西餐厅的菜品都不错。早餐丰富,九十点去用餐的话可能需要等位,但是可以很好地省下午餐。西餐厅的海南风味串串烧挺棒的,不到200的价钱感觉挺超值的。中餐的海南特色菜也都不错,和乐蟹麻婆豆腐里的蟹很不错。唯独美中不足的我觉得是海滩。海滩比较陡礁石也多,不太适合游泳。但总而言之,远离城市在这里休闲几日,是个不错的选择。 September 24, 2013

Rated 1 out of 5 by Great Hotel, Poor Service Take heed if you wish to stay. Spent two nights with high expectation because it is a St Regis brand. But all I met with is bad, unhappy staff, who offered less than a 3-star hotel service. Expect to wait for at least 20min for check-in or out, not because it's under-staffed, but they allow other guests to jump queue, which is extremely annoying. Same goes for the all-day restaurant, any local Shanghai restaurant would provide better and attentive service than this outlet. Do not expect any butler service, I doubt if it even existed. I called the butler service from room a dozen of times but no one picked up. Have to do everything by myself, including hauling my luggage. A top notch hotel is NOT measured by its hardware, but overall service and stay experience. Long way to go for China. August 10, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel does not have St. Regis standard We stayed at St. Regis Yalong Bay Resort Sanya in July 2013. Our first impression was at the hotel entrance - it was crowded with cars and people and we are not talking about tourist people, they were hotel staff, drivers, security guards or some sort (smoking in uniform) talking loudly on cellphone. In the room, there are 2 hand-washing sinks separated by a shower room but there was only 1 tissue box & 1 trash bin on one side of the sinks, which was not convenient for 2 persons to share. Outdoor furniture was not well maintained and are falling apart. At Front desk, receptionist was not able to change flight when requested. In the whole, this property doesn't give a St. Regis feel. I am hoping this is not because of it is a a resort property and not a city hotel. We wish we never have checked-in before. August 7, 2013

Rated 3 out of 5 by Hotel is good but has some issues The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are lovely. The rooms were great, huge, comfortable. Unfortunately, there is not a wide variety of food available on the property and for the prices paid the quality is not very good. Service is as expected in Sanya, staff pretty clueless about what they should be doing, thinking they are just paid to stand there. The pools certainly could be kept a lot cleaner and have all the bugs cleaned out of them multiple times per day. The biggest disappointment on this hotel is the beach, it is at the end of Yalong Beach and the tides mean that the water for swimming is filthy if you walk up the beach 20 minutes near other hotels that is not the case. It is also a far walk to the other Yalong hotels a bit isolated. We had a good time but certainly expected a lot more from the St. Regis than they delivered. March 25, 2013
