We were looking forward staying Westin again and willing to pay a little extra so we book the "premium View" but was garden view instead !
The newly renovated room assigned was fine if the room were more soundproof, we could hear people up early morning & late at night.
Despite the above negatives we did have a thoroughly enjoy our stayed at the Westin. The room was comfortable and nicely designed, with a spacious bathroom. The pool area was very nice and the beach was excellent.
The food, served for breakfase was good.

We have stayed and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and friendliness shown by the Westin staff for over 6 years in succession.
No other resort hotel has the relaxing atmosphere, amentities so close to everything and the beach on your door step.
Staff are wonderful and most have worked for Westin for many years. We were made to feel special wherever we ventured.

This was our fist stay at the Westin. The hotel amenities and accommodation services are simply enjoyable. Staff across the spectrum of services always proactive and accommodative.
Kids Club services and program has been fantastic. Well constructed activities and dedicated staff made it unforgettable experience for our children.
F&B facilities and services are simply impeccable!! We loved and enjoyed fresh selection of foods and drinks but above all staff and Management attention to detail and relentless upbeat attitude.
SPA services professional and immensely relaxing. We had 1hrs massage by the beach back in June but we are still talking about it :)
My family and I had memorable holiday and are looking forward returning to the Westin for our future visits. Thank you

The hotel is located in the Nusa Dua Hotel Resort Area, next to other 5* properties.
Nice location, a bit far from Seminyak and Kuta area, but doesn't matter. Taxi fare is about 10 USD and it takes 30 min. Some good restaurants in the hotel, also outside.
Room was perfect prearranged. Personalized arrival service with local dancers and welcome drink. Personal greetings by name outside of the hotel upon arrival by the Guest Experience Supervisor. Upgraded to One-Bedroom Suite.
Until now excellent. Daily fresh fruit basket in the room. Negative part: The Royal Beach Club has been discontinued :( Staff: Very attentive, greeting by name from door staff and others. Guest Experience Manager took care every day with business stuff and feedback about the stay.

This is our 4th Fabulous visit to Nusa Dua in Bali and our 3rd stay at the Westin Resort. We stayed for 12 nights and 13 days.We have 3 teenagers who look forward to this annual trip each year now.
In the past there have been 3 other familys join us with their children aswell. This year it was one other family and we all had the most amazing time again at this resort.From the moment you arrive it is like meeting your long lost family and everyone is so caring and cant do enough for you to make you feel special and welcome. We have stayed at many Resorts and this ranks number one to us.We had a newly renovated room and it was fabulous with so many places to put all your personal belongings and have a clutter free room,the new bathrooms are heavenly as are the huge Heavenly beds. Room service is impecable and at call anytime with no delays. The Hotel Manager Dario is around constantly chatting and catching up with all the guests and Staff. He manages the most wonderfull staff who are a team and it shows as the resort operates like clockwork.
The beach is fabulous and the Salt Water pool huge . There is also a kids pool for the little ones. Breakfast is the favorite part of our day ,from fresh tropical fruits to traditional balinese and freshly cooked omelettes and eggs as you wait. The freshly sqeezed fruit and vegetable juices are a must and made daily, There is a large selection of bakery items sweet and savory. The salad bar is super and all keep in lovely cold fridges. Also the hot food selection is kept at correct temperature with the new induction plates ,so no Bali belly at this resort from the food.
The cultural dinners are fantastic and the 3 other restaurants. It could be seen as over priced but worth every penny for the freshness and quality served.Happy hour is a must at 5pm down near the beach where the evening sunset can be watched and the balinese dancers light a flame each night. We are already planning next year back to the Westin. We wouldnt stay anywhere else on this Nusa Dua Pennisula,this is our holiday Family and cant wait to return.Thankyou to all the proud staff that make this Resort what it is.

Just returned from a vacation at the Westin Nusa Dua. I've been fortunate to make many trips to Bali. This was my first stay at the Westin. I have to say it may have been to most enjoyable. This is primarily due to the great staff at the hotel. I made a mistake and booked one day shorter than my intended stay. Mr. Viswanathan the Room Division Manager was very helpful and arranged for me to stay the extra night even though the hotel was full for the Easter holidays. He and the rest of the staff at the Westin Nusa Dua are the reason I keep coming back to Starwood hotels.

I was staying in new wing of Westin Nusa Dua. Shower not equipped with rubber mate and very slippery. This can expose Westin to huge personal liabilities if customer slipped. Rubber mate should always be provided / warn of the slippery floor.
I was almost being chased out again on the beach side. My family from 3 rooms was using a gazebo on the beach. There was no sign that we need to make prior booking / payment. When we ordered food, we were also not notified tht we required to pre-booked gazebo. After the food came and we ate half way, we were asked by the staff if we hv reserved the gazebo. There was still empty gazebo on the beach and no one waiting for gazebo. Westin ND should think if they prefer to earn Rp 100k / day from gazebo or make profit from food ? If Westin ND prefer to earn Rp 100k / day from gazebo, at least show the sign on the beach or on the gazebo. This was the 2nd time that we have been treated this way. Can Westin ND educate the individual / dept that made this rule ?

A very beautiful hotel with lots to offer. Unfortunately our stay was coincide with the Chinese New Year. So it was really crowded.
The room was incredibly beautiful, new and clean. Room amenities were complete, you will find everything at your room.
I didn't try the spa because the booking that i made online didn't make it on their system, so when they said that they will get back to me, which in the end they didn't do it, I already made others things to do.
The staff were okay, some of them were very friendly and some were not that keen to work.
The pools were great, suit for all needs. Beach was so clean.
The foods were super delicious. The Italian food were authentic with a very good & fresh ingredients. The Indonesian restaurant Ikan was very good. The spices are all striking in the right notes. Chef Mauro Bellodi was genius and super attentive, we heard good things about him since before our stay at the Westin Nusa Dua.
Overall, We will come back to Westin Nusa Dua and will recommend it to our friends and family.

This was our first experience at The Westin in Bali and we specifically chose it as we were bringing our children to Bali for their first visit and had heard that it was a great family resort. We are were extremely impressed by the level if service we received and the professionalism of the staff. The wellness concept was very refreshing at all levels and the services for children were amazing. I would highly recommend The Westin Nusa Dua for families and anyone wanting to spend some time on getting some "me time" as the relaxation and wellness program and facilities are the best I have experienced at this type of resort. The food was amazing and there was never any problem with special food requirements.

Although we stayed in a suite, the room was not properly maintained. All of the drawers have stale smell. Pillows had damp smell. Tidying up the room seems to be a challenge for housekeeping. Coffee center was not cleaned. Even mugs were left unwashed. Complimentary drinking waters were left on the dining table. No umbrella in the room. Breakfast scene was a chaos with hundreds of children. Ikan restaurant had far too many flies to enjoy the food. It is a shame.

Westin Nusa Dua has a lot of programmes and facilities to make your vacation enjoyable for both parents and kids. It has private beach, kid's club with different daily programmes, nice bath room, swimming pool, friendly service staff, dinner events with local cultural performances, and free transport to nearby amenities. What more can you ask for? Strongly recommended for families with young kids. I'll definitely choose Westin for my next trip to Nusa Dua Bali

First entering this hotel two dancers were welcoming me and gave me a flower. I felt overwhelming with such a great warm welcome gesture from all the staffs at front desk. And....I got a nice surprise of a birthday cake once they knew it was my birthday! I couldn't forget the warm greetings of westin nusa dua. Nice hotel, nice room, nice beach...always want to stay here again on my next vacation. Thanks Westin, thanks SPG for a great experience, as always.

On arrival I was greeted with a welcome drink and had the assistance of Ayu(front desk). I had an injury on my vacation in Bali. I was given a get well soon cake by the hotel. I called service express about 3x a day to receive ice to nurse my swollen knee. I received very good service.
As a platinum member I am entitled to tea and the Kites bar every afternoon. The staff at the bar got to know me and they know which kind of tea I liked and I didn’t even have to ask. The staff are very friendly at the Kites bar.
Also, as a platinum member I was given a fruit basket which contained local fruits on arrival. Also every day I was given chocolates in my room.
Housekeeping comes 2x a day.
The breakfast buffet is on the main floor. There are 2 areas to have breakfast. There is fruit, an omelet station, fresh bread, juice bar, yogurts, Danish pastries and many warm dishes.
This hotel is geared towards family. I did travel as a solo so I found it to be a bit noisy.
Overall – a wonderful stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

Booked for family suites and got upgraded for free. The facilities, the food, the environment were awesome, but the best of all were the staffs, never met these friendly and nice team anywhere. Two thumbs up!.
Too bad we can't use all the facilities provided, but one thing for sure we will stay at this perfect resort again.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The pools, gardens, and rooms are immaculate. The long stretch of beach shared with a few high-end hotels is well maintained, and relatively peaceful without overly pushy hawkers or crowds of people. Perfect hotel for relaxation. Food/drinks are expensive, but on par with similar resorts.

We stayed recently at this property for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. From the wonderful 'suite' upgrade, sumptuous breakfast buffets, wide range of activities for active children (ages 9 and 11) to the many restaurant choices, we were highly impressed. This was our 2nd trip there and I expect we will go back again.

All the staff members in kids club are well trained and love children.
Every day the hotel has prepared a new activity for kids.
The hotel has a beutiful small pool for children.
I recommend the Westin Nusa Dua Hotel for all families.

my wife, baby and I stayed in this hotel in March 2012 and we absolutely loved it. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and management was very considerate. very child friendly hotel.
We loved this hotel so much that we are going back shortly.

From arrival to departure, my family and I were given 6 star services by Westin's staff.
We were given a newly refurbished room at the SPG wings that overlooked the pool. The bed and the pillows were definitely heavenly.
Kids enjoyed their time at the Kid's club daily and we parents can take time off for Spa knowing they were in good hands. We purchased the SPG Kids Pass so the kids can dine for free with us.
We would like to thank Ms. Satyrani for replacing the goggle that my son lost at the pool. And the invitation to the Hi Tea at the Kites Lounge. Really appreciate that.
F & B in the hotel aren't cheap. We only do breakfast and lunches in the hotel while we walked out to the restaurants outside the hotel or took a free shuttle to Bali Collection for dinner.
However, we felt cheated by the Westin Spa for the Lucky dip that we were asked to pick while we were having breakfast.
Upon check out, we realized that we were charged IDR20,000 for the lucky pick for a 10% discount voucher valid for any treatment at the Westin Spa.
We chose hair braiding for our daughter but the 10% discount were not given until we made a dispute on the bill at check out.

I first heard of Westin Nusa Dua from my bestfriends when they went to Bali last year. Last June I went to Bali to celebrate my birthday with two of my girlfriends (one of them was one of my bestfriends who visited Westin last year!). I gotta say, it was so good trusting your friends. I fell in love with Bali, I fell in love with Westin. The hotel has a peaceful, serene feel to it. I felt safe, the staff were nice and accommodating and you can actually feel their sincerity towards attending to your needs. We got a deluxe garden view room, and I must say I really had good sleep for the 3 nights I was there. The food is great, too! I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends! :)

Overall, it was excellent stay at Westin Nusa Dua Bali.
Things are good:
1. Excellent and clean Room
2. Wide varieties of breakfast menu.
3. Excellent work out equipments.
4. Two new tennis courts.
Things require improvement:
1. Upon check-in at counter, not all guests getting welcome drink.
2. Hospitality Desk communication.
Booked tennis court and hitting partner with fee Rp 210K. Getting onto the court the next day, the guy (standby on court)told me that I just confirmed for booking court only. Finally the same guy was willing to be tennis hitting partner and charged me for Rp 300K. He told me that Rp 210K was old price list.
3. Hotel should have Sauna and Steam facility complementing Westin Workout.

We stayed 10 days at the Westin Nusa Dua for the Holidays and we had a fantastic vacation. The New Year Gala Dinner was Superb and earned a 5* event on our vacation entertainment because they though of every little detail like per example on New Years Eve the Hotel planned entertainment for the kids on a separate area and within a 2 minutes walking distance from the gala dinner area. The kids were able to have available to them play station areas, table games, and many other activities but the most important aspect for us it was that the staff was always looking on the best interest of our kids and ours. The food was fantastic and the live music was great to the point that we danced all night. 5 * EVENT

The Westin is more than we expected.
The food was high quality, the rooms were excellent and the King bed the best we have slept in.
Highly recommended the staff could not do anymore to please us.
Will go back in a heart beat it was the well earned rest we needed.
