由于贵酒店海岸风大浪大，很多不善于游泳的人士需借助安全绳子，但贵酒店裸露的绳子容易割伤皮肤，建议参照蜈支洲岛冬季码头，用圆形浮球将绳子全部包裹起来，既安全又实用。

酒店在海棠湾，目前还比较荒凉。但是在酒店里，能够满足度假所需要的一切。更为可贵的是，员工的服务是那么的好。无论是前台的接待，结账服务，还是餐厅的用餐服务，都是那么的用心，给人以惊喜！

This hotel is quit new and not too many people but the environment and the beach is absolutely amazing! Friendly people working there and feel amazing! I will definitely go again!

这家酒店离三亚市中心比较远。可是海棠湾是三亚新开发的一个地方，这里所有的豪华酒店都在这里，酒店房间很大，海景房的阳台可以直接看到大海，totally 和你的dream room 是一样的。餐馆吃的东西还算精致。那家面馆我觉得不错〜 其他的就一般般了〜 酒店拥有私人海滩。非常干净。游泳池也有热冷池。大堂吧的菲律宾歌手很热情，会邀请你一起唱歌〜无聊的时候可以去晒晒太阳〜 如果要去市区，可以让酒店安排私家车，价钱和打的是差不多的。迅速且安全〜 总之在这里真的很心旷神怡〜你会感觉到与夏威夷没差〜 哈哈

餐厅毕竟便宜，真便宜，和亚龙湾比较。
不过这附近也确实没有其他可以选择的餐厅。

作为国际知名酒店，其硬件与软件之优势就不予评论了。在此只是就一次入住中遇到的一些小问题提出本人的一些看法。不对之处，请谅。1.床很舒服，还能提供儿童枕，但是被罩偏硬，抖动时声响大；2.客房清洁时间偏晚，我入住的三天里，有一天需要打扫，超过了中午12点，这样会影响到客人的休息；3.海中没有防鲨网。暂时就想到这些，希望能再次入住。

I was pleasantly impressed by the exceptional quality, both facility and service, I enjoyed at this hotel. My wife and I spent two nights here and we have nothing but praise for this hotel. Even the General Manager of the hotel provided us personalized service in taking us around and showing us the hotels multiple restuarants.
