Dear Mister Theodoros
A week ago I stayed for 7 days in their hotel and spent a relaxing day in their beautiful hotel. Since I arrived relatively early, I had no great circumstances a very nice room on the 10th floor. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful at all times. Since I spent my holidays alone received more warmly in the restaurant, the food and the selection of food was very good. The room had a great views and was every day profesinnel purified.
The pool area is really unique and very nice and clean, but the road noise is very annoying. (Glass wall)
Many thanks to the animation team: Reck-y, Gabor and Rob, they were very helpful never intrusive, friendly and always ready for a conversation at the pool or bar.

You have to pay to use internet in your room and yet there is not enough bandwidth to go round. It was fine until a congress checked--in. I know that some delegates had issues ... this is a hotel where most guests have multiply devices
You only get free bottle of water on day one???
Nice big balconies yet no sun loungers on them?
We stayed a week, and while the quality of the food is good, breakfast could be more fun if a little variety was introduced each day ... a different greek pastry each day
The staff are lovely and friendly and speak great english

I stayed at this hotel with my partner for a week holiday in Rhodes and really enjoyed it. The room we had was very large and comfortable, had all the facilities you can expect (with the exception of in-room movies, but who cares when you're in such a location). What's excellent with the hotel is the leisure facilities: 3 different pools, a private beach, fitness center and spa, etc. Service overall was very friendly and attentive. The location also is ideal if you want to go to Rhodes town for the day or an evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday in Rhodes.

This is a very pleasant resort hotel with a wide range of facilities to meet every need. Its location is good, its convenient, 20 min to the airport, 10 min to town. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern and well maintained. The breakfast buffet more than adequate. There is no area than can be faulted. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice hotel but the dinner buffet is grossly overpriced. Main courses were not resupplied after previous guests. Desserts were all artificial. Worst ice cream I ever tasted. At breakfast there was orange-colored water instead of juice, instant coffee from a machine and when we asked for a pitcher of hot milk we got chalky colored water from the powdered milk in the coffee machine. We had booked for 6 nights but left right after our first breakfast, never to return.
