Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.Children ages three and under dine free when accompanied by an adult (buffet breakfast and buffet dinner only). Children between the ages of 4 and 12 receive a 50% discount off adult meal rates.

Rated 1 out of 5 by terrible hotel I spent in this hotel five horrible days. The staff, including the manager,he's local, poor understanding of English. Restaurant offer disgusting food, like a cheap diner, they have only just five dishes to choose from. The menu doesn't change and is always the same five dishes.The hotel location is terrible, there is no place to go at all! Sea is not possible for swim, because of the mud and slime at the shore! The most of hotel staff absolutely helpless. In general, I strongly don't recommend this hotel, if you don't want to spoil your vacation. And the guys from SPG,must think about change the manager of this hotel! April 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by There's definitely room for improvement; but better than expected On the whole, this is a really nice hotel. Our room was nice and big, well-lit with big windows, clean and comfortable, though the decoration was a tad spartan. Kenny, from the Front Desk, was warm and very helpful, though many of the other Front Desk staff could use a lot more training. Fadzil, from Concierge, was knowledgeable and helpful in his recommendations. The food in the only restaurant, The Eatery, was better than decent. The Nasi Goreng, was perhaps one of the best I have tasted in any Starwood hotel in Malaysia, and prompted me to give a Platinum Thank You card to the chef who made it. The hotel is rather isolated in its location, but it is close to most of Langkawi's attractions, which are a short taxi ride away, in the north-east of the island. We really enjoyed both our stays at the Four Points this June. July 1, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by Disaster Hotel to stay. Did not recognized SPG Plat member well. Food is terrible. Restaurant full of flies. No room service at night. Have to wait long time for services.Staff are not well trained including the higher management. Problem solving at ZERO level. It was a total disaster hotel to stay with. January 13, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by The hotel needs big improvement Their should be a proper meet and greet procedure at the entrance of the hotel. The pools and room floors should be clean. The bell boy/concierge to pick the luggage from the taxi upon arrival and not let the guest carry himself up to the checking counter. The hotel should have shuttle bus service at regular intervals to Cenang area and Kuah town as it's location is very remote and inconvenient for tourist to go shopping, leisure walk or dining September 4, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by This hotel needs improvement in overall The price we paid doesn't worth at all compare to those 2-3 star hotels 1)Room is not clean - feel sticky when 1st step into the room, heavy fungus smell, room doesn't come with bath towel, floor mat and also slipper. The foot feel so cold when 1st step onto the floor in the early morning due to no slipper available. 2)Staff Responsiveness - Not enough staffs available at the lobby counter. Called operator but no one pickup the phone. 3)Quality of Sleep - it would be good if the sound proofing is available 4)Facilities - The swimming pool is not available during my 3 days 2 nights stay 5)Food & Beverage - the food is so so only without much variety. Rated 1 out of 5 by Dissapointing...Highly priced..and this is by Sheraton? We were welcomed with a lot of mosquitoes! No joke, I have never seen so many in a room in my entire life.. not even at kampungs. The room was spacious and not carpeted, easily becomes dirty. The electricity for the whole block went off twice due to faulty kettle. The dirty pool towel and laundry were left unattended near the block's entrance and no pool towels were available. They shouldn't run a hotel if they are not ready..and they should not charge that high for this kind of qualities! September 2, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst service ever, unclean rooms, terribly uncomfortable This is by far the worst starwood branded property I've ever come across. Corridor was sandy with no housekeeping staff in sight in the afternoon. Room was dull and drab. Opening the door was a disappointment. Housekeeping left an old dirty folded cardboard card in the "insert for power" slot. Bedsheet and linen were still stained/soiled after they (seem to) have been washed. Fine grains of sand could still be felt in the bed, on the floor, on the chair, etc. Groundwater with poor filtration and horrible plumbing produces murky / brownish water the first time you turn on any faucet - unable to tell if it's rust or soil. Running the water a few minutes results in clearer water that is bearable for showering. Some towels smell old. Insects everywhere, flying crawling and inhabiting the room with guests. Wear & Tear on woodwork and cupboards etc. All the above was still bearable and survivable although not fit for a hotel (at least there was still air conditioning). However, the next morning was the worst hotel service I've ever experienced. I've got late checkout privileges at 4pm and decided I'll need to take 4 showers that day before I check out. I've used the sets of towels the day before and they had a smell so I called for extra towels but the manager (Sunny) said no. When I said I needed them he told me he could not give me more because then my room would have more towels than allowed. I then told him he could take back the old dirty towels and replace them with clean ones so that his "towel limit" (really the first time I've heard of such a thing) would not be breached - to which he called me unreasonable and raised his voice at me, shouting and quarreling (I tried to explain the mathematics behind the exchange but he can't seem to see that exchanging towels for towels results in the same number) He also wants to know why I need so many towels - to which I felt no reason why I had to report my day's plans and activities to him but reminded him of my late checkout. This cut no ice with him and I decided to forgo my shower, pack up, and leave - early in the morning, forgoing my late checkout privilege and just getting the h... away from this place. At the check out, he continued to insist he is right and I am unreasonable and that I should have just explained to him what I'm going to use the towels for (should I write out my day's timetable for this guy?). This property should be ordered to closed and demolished so nobody else has to suffer through the extremely poor (a word which doesn't even begin to describe the horrors, for lack of a better word) experience. If I had stayed on for another 5 minutes, I would probably have been punched in the face over a bunch of towels that the manager could not even count properly. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. Rated 1 out of 5 by Below par, not recommended Recently stayed here for two nights. Being a 4 points hotel, all I expected was basic amenities, clean rooms and friendly staff. The biggest disappointment was that the rooms, especially the bathrooms were not clean at all. (despite the property being just one month old when we stayed). This seemed to be a common theme since I noticed at least 2 other guests complaining the same. they were hopelessly understaffed and staff were inexperienced and one had to walk to reception even to ask for water because they were so busy (literally) that they could not pick up calls.
