Arriving to a well presented newly renovated hotel we were greeted by friendly & extremely helpful staff. ALL facilities were clean & ALL the staff throughout the hotel were brilliant. I also loved the opportunity to be environmentally friendly with declining room cleaning services & were rewarded with a voucher to use within the hotel.
Be back next year!!

We enjoy the relaxed vibe at this hotel. The renovations are a great improvement. Pool staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff were great. overall. I like the eco-non- housekeeping option. Good for the environment.

We were in Noosa for our daughter's wedding, my wife is suffering from Alzheimer's and other debilitating illnesses. Your cleaning staff were very courteous and considerate, room service likewise. Our room had a pleasant aspect, utilising your restaurant with relatives was delightful, your breakfasts are too good.

Although this hotel is central to Hastings St and what it has to offer I found it to be somewhat lacking. Front desk staff distracted. room amenities very ordinary e.g threadbare towels and tv reception hopeless.
The most annoying part of service was not being able to obtain late check out or even pay half day room rate even though this was requested months ago. My conference was on at the hotel so this was extremely unsatisfactory

Rated 3 out of 5 by Network SHERATON STANDARDS NOT A FEATURE AT SHERATON NOOSA
Disappointing that there are no newspapers delivered to room, no turn down service or nightly bottles of water at $462 per room per night, including a very poor breakfast only accessed from outside the resort with luke warm coffee available. Staff at breakfast paid to pick up dirty plates but not available for customer service although they patrolled the room lookng to up plates as they had nothing better to do.
Will we be back, yes as there is no better overnight accommodation, is there room for improvement miles and miles.

It doesn't get much better than sitting poolside at the Sheraton Noosa Resort. Cocktail in hand, gentle breeze blowing, dipping in and out of the pool to cool off is a lovely way to spend some time in Noosa. Or walk across the road to the stunning beach and catch some waves before heading back to a fabulous lunch at Peter Kuruvita's Beach House. I recommend the local Mooloolaba Prawns with a nice crisp glass of white wine. I love the position of the hotel, situated right in the middle of Hastings Street, so all the best shops are within strolling distance. I had such a lovely relaxing stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Annie30 The Beach House Restaurant is Disappointing in its level of service
This is the first time we have stayed at the hotel after rennovation. The room refurbishment is beautiful and consitent with its 5* flagship.
However, the newly named Beach House Restaurant is rather disppointing. We had breakfast at the restaurant which is not included in our stay and were happy to pay. Upon entry, we were not guided to our table by any one of the wait staff who were rather idle at that time. The chef is wonderful as always. During breakfast, we had to fetch our own coffee and tea. no one came to clear the talbe of used plates until the end. that time, there were very few customers in the restuarant. The staff were busy setting dinner table. It was 10am in the morning. I sincerely doubt they understand what customer service means to a 5* hotel. i have stayed in many hotels of 4 or 5 *. this one's service is below 3*. because there was no service. please consider this seriously so you can be competitive in the local catering business.
