Rated 4 out of 5 by Stay at hotel My family and I have spent many summers at your hotel. We returned after a long break of visiting Noosa , probably seven years. The rooms haven't changed and thankfully they are getting refurbished. The public areas are nice. We had a big problem with the man at the pool bar who was incredibly rude to my daughters. i complained immediately to the management of the hotel and I was given an apology. February 20, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Our stay 1. it took 30 mins to check in as we were told the life story of our check in lady of her commute from Forrest lakes and this would have been fine if she shared and continued to check in at the same time. 2. we ordered room service and the calamari was soggy wet, mushy and there was only 6 parts of calamari on the plate - when we shared our feed back by phone phone we were argued with by a Canadian fellow on the phone who hung up and rang back with attitued NOT fitting to a 5 star hotel. 3. we were by the pool and at 12.03pm (checkout 12pm) i orded a drink by the bar and had the blonde volubtios girl 13.4.14 run behind me and in front of on lookers wiht an asserticew voice - yuur account is clsed and you can not process that drink you have been check out. Very embarrrising 4. overall we were very disappointed with the staff and how we were abruptly treated and some of the staff were very unwilling to assist. 5. work truck that we came up in did not move off the driveway and we were still charged a "discounted" rate of $20 for street parking?? Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous facilities great holiday The Sheraton resort at Fuji is beautiful fabulous swimming pools, exquisite gardens, awesome food, extremely friendly staff, great night life, must have cocktails and more - para-skiing, jet-skiing, wonderful spa, great rooms. I would definitely become a Starwood Preferred Guest as they receive benefits when dining and earn points to your next holiday. I will be going back again. September 8, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by First impressions usually last. I stayed at the noosa Sheraton before the upgrade and loved it. When they pulled out all the old parts they obviously pulled out the staff training and the recruitment of service orientated staff. After booking 15 rooms for my friends and having a duty manager call to say they would have a special room for my wife and I , we had high expectations. From the moment we arrived in the Porte cochair, our expectations were crushed. There were 2 porters on duty but none came to help with our bags. Once we struggled up the stairs with our bags we found a front desk with no staff attending it. We waited for 8 minutes and a staff member that obviously had been employed as a housekeeper but given a front office uniform attended to our check in. After another 20 mins she asked as to wait "a sec" she returned to let us know a duty manager was coming to check us in as she couldn't find our booking as it was a new system. The duty manager finally arrived from the back office only to rush our check in through and put us in the first available room. This process all took 45 mins without as much as a "sorry" or an "enjoy your stay" This process was repeated on so many occasions for our friends despite me spending time and giving another duty manager all the booking numbers and been assured all was in hand. For what should have been a great stay the front office team completely dropped the ball. May 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by great location The hotel was v nice great location and service very good and pleasant especially in hotel bar where nothing was too much trouble fir them to accomodate our Children. As beach is so close I assume that is why hotel pool does not really suit young children due to min depth 1m but gen deeper. Pool bar service was mediocre at best but hey everything can't be great all the time. December 28, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by SPG SPAM EMAILS After a very slow check-in, I specifically advised the reception staff I did not wish to join the Starwood programme. Within 8 hours I had received an email "welcoming me to the programme", and have since received further spam emails. As the Sheraton staff are not prepared to respect my wishes and continue to harrass me with junk emails, I will take my business elsewhere. August 11, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This resort is our favourite The staff are fantastic, the food fantastic, the pool area and the river bar - fabulous. All you need to do is upgrade the rooms as they are dated. Shower in our bathroom looked like it need replacing. The tiles are dated. We are definitely coming back as we had a very lovely memorable holiday. You have definitely picked the right staff, they really make the stay special. January 13, 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Arriving to a well presented newly renovated hotel we were greeted by friendly & extremely helpful staff. ALL facilities were clean & ALL the staff throughout the hotel were brilliant. I also loved the opportunity to be environmentally friendly with declining room cleaning services & were rewarded with a voucher to use within the hotel. Be back next year!! December 8, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Lucky it's in a great location I was really looking forward to my holiday at the Sheraton Noosa but found it disappointing. I had booked a 'Noosa View' room but on my evening of arrival was allocated a room with no view along a corridor of similar rooms that are grouped in the 'Noosa View' category. After a protracted discussion with the duty manager a low level room that actually did have a view, over the roof of the adjoining shopping centre was found for me to move to the next morning. When advised this room was ready I phoned Guest Services for a porter to help me move my luggage. But as none came after 15 minutes, I moved myself. One morning when having a swim at the pool I asked the attendant at the poolside bar for a cup of tea, however he said he'd have to check with the kitchen if that was possible, that it would take quite some time for it to come. His body language also clearly indicated that it was all too much trouble, so I told him not to worry about it. He seemed quite pleased. On another occasion as there was no one at the reception desk as I walked past on my way to the beach I thought I would ask for a beach towel at the pool bar. When I did ask, the attendant pointed to the cupboard and told me to help myself and get my own. On a positive note the lady who delivered a room service meal and the cleaning lady were very nice. Overall the service leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel clearly relies on its location which allows it to be well patronised with this level of service. May 12, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Impressed First impressions are the hotel looks a bit tacky, sort of Disneyland colours with turrets. But from then on the hotel is great. The staff are brilliant all the way along, entrance foyer well designed, the pool is excellent, the room was first class and the gym was well fitted out. The entrances from the river and Hastings St we're very convenient. The breakfast was amongst the best we have ever enjoyed (and we are frequent travelers). Cato's restaurant first class as evidenced by the locals eating there. We were on a Queensland Holidays package and with the $500 voucher at last Australian hotels are getting it. It is cheaper to go overseas but with this incentive and the convenience of staying in Australia it's a winner. Noosa was perfect with great weather and it's nice to go somewhere where it is all finished! Bike lanes included. Wifi free in foyer, but would be good in rooms as well. Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent hotel in Noosa Larger than expected room, extremely comfortable large bed. Complimentary wifi. Good sized balcony. Did not use restaurant but had lunchtime club sandwich in bar which was smart, airy, high ceiling with fans, spacious, looking onto Hastings Street. Convenient under hotel parking. Noosa is very relaxed resort with style. Beach is just across the road. November 18, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Mislead by room offer The hotel is in need of renovation. The price was 5 star, the room was not. I paid a premium for an ocean view room which we did not get. The only way to see the ocean was to walk onto the balcony and turn to the right. If this had been real estate advertising it would be a clear breach of the trade practices act. I still may report it to the ACCC. June 9, 2012
Rated 1 out of 5 by The hotel does not rate in starwood chain We have stayed at Noosa Sheraton many times and each year we are told they will be renovating and upgrading. Again we stayed in the best room, Alexander Suite, which smelt mouldy and looked tired. The superior rooms 301, 401 501 are much better and newer. The suites views are of the busy noosa traffic bridge or ferry jetty, not an expanse of water. May 24, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good location; Hotel in need of upgrade The hotel is perfectly located in Noosa but it is extremely run down - even as a Starwood member and apparently having been "upgraded" the room (no. 325) was very poor and not of a standard that you would expect for the Sheraton or Hastings Street. Very disappointing. Service at the hotel was quite good and much better than previously experienced. March 11, 2013

Deborah made this as painless as she could, given the mistake was mine. I think I was upgraded and I soooo appreciate this and had a wonderful stay! The only reason I maked down room comfort- it was too big for us!! February 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Spacious rooms, great pool area I had a fantastic overnight stay at the Sheraton Noosa. My room was upgraded to a top floor room which had fabulous views. The rooms are so spacious and very comfortable. The pool area is fun and relaxing, great food and drink available. I'm already booked to go back next month, this time a suite! I plan to visit Sheraton Noosa very regularly. October 14, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Always a great stay Very good quality/ price place. Very nice staff. Best location in Noosa. the pool is huge and the kids had great time! Unfortunately we had a room very close to the elevators and it was hard to fall asleep for me. I had to leave the air con on to cover the noise. Otherwise the place is great and we anjoyed our spa massage and facial experience! March 5, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great location Sheraton Noosa is in a great location but is tired 'resort'. It is good to see extensive reservations are underway. Hopefully this will bring the Sheraton up to Sheraton standards. The breakfast buffet also needs to improve: breadth of offerings and notice that 'special' coffee (flat white) is charged and at top price - $5 for a small cup!!!!! April 6, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by No Compensation Sheraton Noosa was under renovation when we visited. Noise from the pool area was not calm inducing, the breakfast area dank looking with boring,hotel set food. The staff appeared stressed or worn out. The company/management did not see the benefit of compensation for the inconvenience quests experienced ie: complementary drink. Poor form... March 29, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by The Beach House Restaurant is Disappointing in its level of service This is the first time we have stayed at the hotel after rennovation. The room refurbishment is beautiful and consitent with its 5* flagship. However, the newly named Beach House Restaurant is rather disppointing. We had breakfast at the restaurant which is not included in our stay and were happy to pay. Upon entry, we were not guided to our table by any one of the wait staff who were rather idle at that time. The chef is wonderful as always. During breakfast, we had to fetch our own coffee and tea. no one came to clear the talbe of used plates until the end. that time, there were very few customers in the restuarant. The staff were busy setting dinner table. It was 10am in the morning. I sincerely doubt they understand what customer service means to a 5* hotel. i have stayed in many hotels of 4 or 5 *. this one's service is below 3*. because there was no service. please consider this seriously so you can be competitive in the local catering business. The room was a welcome surprise -- villa next to the pool. everything abt the room, service and location was top-class. Love the poolside bar experience and having Hastings St at doorstep and the beach 2-minutes walk away made this Christmas vacation the best of all. December 25, 2012

Great to be able to use the pool and facilities after checkout! Good value for money with the package including an awesome breakfast. The Beachhouse restaurant for our special dinner was incredible! Rated 5 out of 5 by Great refurbishment Really enjoyed my stay last weekend. Its been several years since my last visit and I was very pleasantly surprised at how fresh and new everything was. Checking in was quick and efficient and the staff very attentive. My room was great, the service at the restaurant was spot on and the gym was well equiped. I'll be going back! November 5, 2013
