The Sheraton Noosa usually gives me recognition as both a regular guest over the years and as a Starwood Preferred Guest member. On this stay, the restaurant staff recognised me as one of their regular customers, although I did not receive the same level of SPG benefits as on earlier stays (eg, room upgrade or welcome gift). The location is very convenient for exploring the region.

Congratulations Sheraton on a great refurb! Super comfy bed, spacious room and everything amazing. Pool area despite the hotel being full, was surprisingly quiet and relaxing. From the outset, the personal service of the Hotel Sales Director to source me a room when it seemed the hotel was booked out, set the scene for a great weekend away. The team did everything to make my stay perfect. Room available on arrival (at 10am), late checkout - no problem, wine and cheese platter delivered to my room was a really lovely touch. I was nervous when I saw the poolside dinner being setup for a conference, with outside BBQ and a band - but no need it was all packed up by 10pm, with noise kept to a minimum. Impressive Sheraton Noosa, I'll be back.

Great location -close to the Heart of Hastings Street and good restaurants.
Major refurbishment has created an excellent hotel -with well appointed rooms.

If it wasn't for the fact of being the only SPG property in the area, we would NEVER consider staying at the Sheraton Noosa. The standard of the rooms is so far below what would be considered average for an SPG property. The couches/sofa bed in the place are to say the lease, VERY uncomfortable,the decorator that furnished the property has NO idea of scale when they selected the furnishings , the linen was also of a very poor standard. The pillows were soooo old etc,etc,etc....NOT a good experience and will next time stay at another property in Noosa despite being a Platinum Member of SPG

Thank you for another fantastic stay. The upgrade to the Rainbow Suite was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! Great friendly and efficient service all round and a high standard of cleanliness. The refurbishment to the hotel is exceptional.

Wonderful attention to detail, very friendly & obliging staff throughout. Guests made to feel very welcome here. The Pool Bar concept creates a great holiday atmosphere. Great resort to "chill out".

Was given a terrible room overlooking a car park - so much for being a Gold member and then even worse hotel committed fraud by overcharging my credit card, spoke to 5 people about rectification, they finally admitted mistake but still haven't fixed it! Disgusted.
