I had originally booked a std room at a great AAA rate for a 4 night get a way. As the date got closer, i noticed the hotel was going to be completely booked the first night of our check in. I had read reviews that many thought the rooms needed renovation, so I was not too excited about what to expect. However, at check in, much to my happy surprise we were put in a king room with two, not one, but, two balconies and water views everywhere!!!! I KNOW I did not originally book this level of a room but, when they offered it to us with our original rate, I felt like it was a gift from God! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The bed and pillows were very comfortable, too!

great location, have stayed there twice and both times they have been amazing, the staff is wonderful, the resrutants are ok, the foutain is ok but some staff have no personality, the market resturant is amazing great brunch buffet. the staff is great you go once and they remember you the next breakfast and what you want to drink or eat. the picabu is not great food was sitting there from lunch to dinner ( 8 hour space). the pools are wonderful. the beach is lovley. the views are wonderful too. im really impressed with everything.
the only thing is when theres a convention going on it really takes away from a hotel. it feels more like your an outsider.

My family and I always stay in Disney on the monorail...This was way better and the price was incredible...great views of the Tower of Terror...better than the grand Floridian...

The lobby and outside areas of this hotel are exceptional but the rooms are unimpressive. You are charged $17 daily for Wifi and two water bottles and $15 daily for parking which I think should be included in the price of the not so cheap rooms. Bathrooms are very small. Staff told us we could use Disney gift cards for food but, as we were going to pay for the food, we were told they were not accepted. Pool areas are amazing and you are within walking distance of Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Boardwalk, and mini-golf. SPG points were awarded for skipping house keeping!

We will definitely stay here for our next vacation.
1. we don't drive, so the dolphin allowed us access to all parks via bus shuttle and boat shuttle with between 7 to 15 minute commute. No parking issues, no rental or gas issues!
2. There was access to amenities nearby such as a man made beach, pools, and hammocks!
3. Not noisy at all! - lively but calm.
The rooms themselves were a bit lacking. Our rooms were upgraded to the lake view but we were in closed corner L of the resort, so we only saw the corner of the lake and that is only if we veered to the corner of the window. Because of this, there was barely any sunlight into the room.
Overall, an excellent experience and will definitely be here again when we go to Disney!

We thought the hotel was in good shape and the service was average. The man in the coffee shop in the morning was rude. The latte's were terrible, the pastries were twice the cost of the ones in the theme parks. The pool area was messy. There were people smoking outside of every entrance. Il Mulino was a fantastic restaurant and our meal and wine were delicious. There should be more food options at better prices. My trip advisor review will explicitly inform guests to eat at the theme parks.

just a slight glitch when we checked in may 9th at 3pm room was not ready and front desk did not seem to know when it would be ready, not even guarantee it by 7pm! Only after we requested to talk to the manager that a room became available (agent was gone 10 min.and came back with a room available) but we never spoke to the manager...otherwise all was well!
