I would like to start out by saying that the front desk agent Clarence was Awesome!! Very friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping my wife and I and made sure that her birthday weekend was perfect. No doubt we will be coming back!!!!!!
The villas was very comfortable, and the pool was excellent. Highly recommend this resort.

If you love golf, this is the place to go.
The PGA Sheraton in Port St. Lucie, FL combines a bucolic country atmosphere with some of the best golf on the South East Coast. After a rigorous day playing golf, unwind in the resorts heated jacuzzi, and reminisce about the eagles and birdies that were just a stroke or two away.
The accommodations are spacious and tranquil. The staff are professional and courteous to a tee!

Stayed 4 nights in the 1 bed room with living / dining / kitchen and balcony. Had a nice view of the golf course. Hotel is just minutes from the PGA and local restruants. Only problem was some mildew on bathroom roof and one wall, When the A/c runs you hear a dripping noise. Room was clean, bed was nice.
We would stay there again.

This is not a hotel, it calls itself a golf resort. Actually it's time share/condos rented out as hotel rooms when not used by the "owners".
I suppose it's fine if your sole intention is to play golf all day and have a place to sleep. If you're in St. Lucie on business, stay on the West side of the I-95.
They're on a golf course - if you're there to play the game that's a plus - and they have a pool which looked nice. There is no gym/work out room which is beyond me. That's a massive hole in their game if they wish to lure business travelers or people who don't play golf. Caveat, I don't think business travelers are their market segment.
Need a decent place to stay for $99/night with your family - knock yourself out.

We visited the resort during the first week of February. As Starwoods owners we were quite suprised at the lack of amenities. The home page of the resort lists "tennis" which was not available. There is nowhere to walk on the property like there are at your other properties. My husband wondered why there wasn't at least a putting green on the property to give it a "golf" feel. The pool is very nice however, and the staff was very attentive.
The condo needed cleaning. Towels and sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, but carpet was quite dirty--your feet/socks would turn black, baseboards were quite dusty, and there was noticeable food under the stove.
The couch seat cushions were shot--It was difficult sitting without being poked by the sofabed.
We used starpoints for our stay. I would have been quite angry if we had used our staroptions, because this resort in no way equates with what we own.

This is a great place to stay if you are in town for spring training. It is only 5-10 minutes from Tradition Field. The villa we had was very spacious and we were even able to do our laundry in the room, which was a benefit because we had our infant son with us. Duffy's sports bar and restaurant and the West End Grille are 2 great places to eat. Looking forward to coming back next year!

The whole reason we stay at Sheraton hotels and are SPG members is the high standards we expect Sheraton facilities to maintain and is associated with the Sheraton brand. This hotel falls WAY SHORT of that standard. We were in room 2-201; the General Manager needs to get out and inspect rooms. The shower glass door frame was filthy and caked with scum and mildew around the bottom. The room had a washer and dryer, but no detergent or fabric softener. Why doesn't this Sheraton have a fitness center???? Extremely disappointed with this Sheraton; Sheraton PGA is NOT the Sheraton standard. If this room condition is acceptable, we will re-think staying at Sheratons.

Very good location in Central Florida on "treasure coast".
Main TV / cable connection problematic all week. Never fixed.
One small scheduling issue with mid week cleanup. Corrected quickly.
Second visit to this resort - very nice facility overall. Small compared to most SPG locations which means the pool in never crowded which is a plus.

Excellent location for the golf practitioners's, very well decorated , easy location and wonderful place to rest with your family after two busy weeks at the parks in Orlando. Manager with a great goodwill to make us happy , reception staff on average (not so warm as it was the Manager) for the welcoming.

This all suites hotel was clean, quiet, and convienent. Having a full kitchen was perfect for our traveling family! Would recommend to any group traveling to Port St Lucie! Only thing I wish they had was an on site fitness center.

We enjoyed our two week stay at the PGA Resort. The office, maintenance, and cleaning staff are top notch. The resort facility is very well maintained. We look forward to returning in the future.

The resort is really good for golfers. I made the reservation because I was attending a wedding nearby, and the suite met my needs except in one respect and that only had to do with very noisy people next door. During the day, there was lots of noise and that wasn't as bad as during the night when my sleep was interrupted hourly at 1, 2, and 3 a.m. We had to leave early in the morning to return home and the lack of sleep was annoying. We called the front desk and I they said they would call. I believe them but it didn't keep the rude people from being loud and obnoxious. This was not the fault of the Sheraton---just no consideration for others! Part of the lack of manners in this day and time.

I spent the week of Aug. 11 - 18, 2014 at the PGA Sheraton and was very disappointed. I am a SPG member and every year I seem to get downgraded. THe first two years I had a nice villa with a jacuzzi and a kingsize bed (which was what I was shown and told that is what I owned when I purchased my timeshare. Last year, my villa was smaller - no jacuzzi but at least it had a king size bed and a balcony. This year, queen size bed and no balcony. I wish someone would tell me what I owned. I asked to be upgraded and was told that there were sold out, even though there were not many cars in the parking lot.
The trash can outside the villa was overflowing when we arrived on Sat. and was not emptied until Tues. after I said something at the front desk.
My villas was not very clean as I found a My Little Pony on the floor behind the bedroom door and a shiny leprechaun on the living room carpet. There were also stains on the couch (I have pictures). The towel rack in the bathroom was broken.
I thought I was entitled to a tidy-up on Wednesday but that didn't happen. When I called the front desk she told me it would be done the next day. That didn't happen either. I had to call the front desk for 4 items and when the man delivered them he only had 2 items and had to go back to get the other two.. I think if I had to wash my towels and washcloths, you should provide laundry detergent.
I went to the pool one morning at 10 AM and was in the pool for a little while when I was told I had to get out of the pool so they could clean it. Can't they clean it when no one is using it? I was not the only one in the pool. The hot tub had hairballs in it and was quite dirty.
The facility has no workout room or no restaurant either, which was a disappoint.
I was told by Chris at the front desk that they are trying to downgrade the owners.????
My unit was 2201.

Overall met our expectations but would like to see you include a special package with an expresso coffee machine, a good iron, electric can opener additional pot and pans with non-stick material and sheets that would not make any noise. Could not buy any flowers since there was no flower base....and the dinner set was very used. Also would improve the quality of the tv and radio signals. We were unable to reach classical music, art channels and news stations.

This is my third year at this location...I have stayed in every type of villa you have to offer....I have never been disappointed! The Sheraton PGA covers all the details along with having the best staff in the world! Hillary is top-notch when it comes to providing the best customer service....she is truly an asset to your location.

I had a great time at the Sheraton Port St Lucie. I had not been to Florida before and decided to stay here before going to a wedding in Key West. It was close to the airport, close to shops and grocery stores and in the middle of a ton of golf courses. This was a little different than some of the other Sheraton Resorts we've been to.....but we definitely were not disappointed.

It is a time share in 3 functional buildings with a separate building for checking in. Good sized pool and jacuzzi. That is it. Nice people - excellent rooms - more like a small apartment. The "golf course views" actually mean you can see a side of a fairway some 200+ yards away. Distant golf course views would be more accurate.

We did an exchange of our SVO and were very pleased with the facility. It's not a resort but we went there to play golf and you can't ask for 3 better golf courses to play. The shower could have been cleaner but the furniture was better than the furniture at our home resort in Palm Desert, and it's much newer.

We stayed here 11 yrs ago with our SPG timeshare, there were only 3 blds at the time, nothing has changed! This is NOT a resort. It should not even be listed as a timeshare, dirty and needs remodeled. The only Sheraton I know that doesn't even have an exercise room.

Excelllent location and beautiful area. Rooms just need a little updating in the kitchen and carpeting and maybe a new patio door. Patio furniture and grounds immaculate. Gas grills are a must. Would stay again.
