Rated 5 out of 5 by Great get away I would like to start out by saying that the front desk agent Clarence was Awesome!! Very friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond helping my wife and I and made sure that her birthday weekend was perfect. No doubt we will be coming back!!!!!! The villas was very comfortable, and the pool was excellent. Highly recommend this resort. July 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Relaxing Getaway This property offered all of the right amenities for a Fourth of July getaway. We enjoyed the local restaurants, fireworks and the gorgeous pool! Can't wait to go back! July 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is pretty good Excelllent location and beautiful area. Rooms just need a little updating in the kitchen and carpeting and maybe a new patio door. Patio furniture and grounds immaculate. Gas grills are a must. Would stay again. April 22, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good for what it is It is a time share in 3 functional buildings with a separate building for checking in. Good sized pool and jacuzzi. That is it. Nice people - excellent rooms - more like a small apartment. The "golf course views" actually mean you can see a side of a fairway some 200+ yards away. Distant golf course views would be more accurate. April 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Location Very good location in Central Florida on "treasure coast". Main TV / cable connection problematic all week. Never fixed. One small scheduling issue with mid week cleanup. Corrected quickly. Second visit to this resort - very nice facility overall. Small compared to most SPG locations which means the pool in never crowded which is a plus. March 30, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by This hotel is simply wonderful We stayed in a two-room villa and it was wonderful. Great staff, clean, and terrific views. Great location to beach, restaurants, etc. March 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by All expectations were fulfilled and some exceeded. Loved the setting. Staff were all friendly, accommodating and helpful. Facilities fully met our needs and hopes. Will gladly return and recommend. March 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very nice place for a golf vacation We did an exchange of our SVO and were very pleased with the facility. It's not a resort but we went there to play golf and you can't ask for 3 better golf courses to play. The shower could have been cleaner but the furniture was better than the furniture at our home resort in Palm Desert, and it's much newer. March 3, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Do not miss this resort. We enjoyed our two week stay at the PGA Resort. The office, maintenance, and cleaning staff are top notch. The resort facility is very well maintained. We look forward to returning in the future. February 21, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not as expected We visited the resort during the first week of February. As Starwoods owners we were quite suprised at the lack of amenities. The home page of the resort lists "tennis" which was not available. There is nowhere to walk on the property like there are at your other properties. My husband wondered why there wasn't at least a putting green on the property to give it a "golf" feel. The pool is very nice however, and the staff was very attentive. The condo needed cleaning. Towels and sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, but carpet was quite dirty--your feet/socks would turn black, baseboards were quite dusty, and there was noticeable food under the stove. The couch seat cushions were shot--It was difficult sitting without being poked by the sofabed. We used starpoints for our stay. I would have been quite angry if we had used our staroptions, because this resort in no way equates with what we own. February 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Close to golf courses! I had a great time at the Sheraton Port St Lucie. I had not been to Florida before and decided to stay here before going to a wedding in Key West. It was close to the airport, close to shops and grocery stores and in the middle of a ton of golf courses. This was a little different than some of the other Sheraton Resorts we've been to.....but we definitely were not disappointed. February 10, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by NOT A RESORT We stayed here 11 yrs ago with our SPG timeshare, there were only 3 blds at the time, nothing has changed! This is NOT a resort. It should not even be listed as a timeshare, dirty and needs remodeled. The only Sheraton I know that doesn't even have an exercise room. January 29, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A True Home Away from Home From the greeting of the Desk staff to the maintenance and maid service…excellence all around! The Sheraton employs great people. January 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay This was really an enjoyable stay and that was mainly thanks to the help and first class service that we received from Angelica. Angelica is a model of great customer service and as a Platinum member I have seen all kinds of service. Angelica made sure from the time I walked in the door that everything was perfect for my stay and she did everything she could to anticipate my needs including ones that I did not even think of. Also, I would like to mention the fine check-out service the next day provided by Chris. December 22, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Port st lucie and golf Very good property, with a great location for the PGA....Patricia was first class. December 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Relaxing Vacation Stayed at the Sheraton PGA Village this past weekend for 2 nights. We were visiting some re-located friends so it seemed as it would be good choice for our short stay. As we are owners at Broadway Plantation, we were not surprised at the service level here, Chris and his staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend this resort to anyone, especially golfers. Hopefully we will be able to stay again in the future September 9, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Golf Getaway Stayed 4 nights in the 1 bed room with living / dining / kitchen and balcony. Had a nice view of the golf course. Hotel is just minutes from the PGA and local restruants. Only problem was some mildew on bathroom roof and one wall, When the A/c runs you hear a dripping noise. Room was clean, bed was nice. We would stay there again. September 3, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not a proper hotel This is not a hotel, it calls itself a golf resort. Actually it's time share/condos rented out as hotel rooms when not used by the "owners". I suppose it's fine if your sole intention is to play golf all day and have a place to sleep. If you're in St. Lucie on business, stay on the West side of the I-95. They're on a golf course - if you're there to play the game that's a plus - and they have a pool which looked nice. There is no gym/work out room which is beyond me. That's a massive hole in their game if they wish to lure business travelers or people who don't play golf. Caveat, I don't think business travelers are their market segment. Need a decent place to stay for $99/night with your family - knock yourself out. August 23, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Port St. Lucie facilities Overall met our expectations but would like to see you include a special package with an expresso coffee machine, a good iron, electric can opener additional pot and pans with non-stick material and sheets that would not make any noise. Could not buy any flowers since there was no flower base....and the dinner set was very used. Also would improve the quality of the tv and radio signals. We were unable to reach classical music, art channels and news stations. June 19, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Very comfortable, friendly stay I found this property on the web while looking for a place to stay for a baseball tournament in Ft. Pierce. I was hesitant because of the 15 mile distant to fields, but I'm so happy that I chose it. This property is perfect for a quiet adult getaway. And, a team of teenage baseball players also enjoyed fishing in the lakes after games. There isn't a lot for small kids to do here, after all it's a golf resort. The staff (Brittney) was very friendly and responsive. The deluxe one bedroom was large with a full kitchen and provided ample space for my family of four. The only negative is that the corridors outside of the rooms couldve used a steam cleaning, I am a hotel snob so I took notice of this, many people wouldn't have. All in all I'd rate this facility a 4.50 stars out of 5 June 12, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not to SPG Standards The whole reason we stay at Sheraton hotels and are SPG members is the high standards we expect Sheraton facilities to maintain and is associated with the Sheraton brand. This hotel falls WAY SHORT of that standard. We were in room 2-201; the General Manager needs to get out and inspect rooms. The shower glass door frame was filthy and caked with scum and mildew around the bottom. The room had a washer and dryer, but no detergent or fabric softener. Why doesn't this Sheraton have a fitness center???? Extremely disappointed with this Sheraton; Sheraton PGA is NOT the Sheraton standard. If this room condition is acceptable, we will re-think staying at Sheratons. May 2, 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice facility The resort is really good for golfers. I made the reservation because I was attending a wedding nearby, and the suite met my needs except in one respect and that only had to do with very noisy people next door. During the day, there was lots of noise and that wasn't as bad as during the night when my sleep was interrupted hourly at 1, 2, and 3 a.m. We had to leave early in the morning to return home and the lack of sleep was annoying. We called the front desk and I they said they would call. I believe them but it didn't keep the rude people from being loud and obnoxious. This was not the fault of the Sheraton---just no consideration for others! Part of the lack of manners in this day and time. April 15, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Relaxing Nice quiet location. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed kiddie pool and playground that have been added. March 25, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by great location and plenty of room This is a great place to stay if you are in town for spring training. It is only 5-10 minutes from Tradition Field. The villa we had was very spacious and we were even able to do our laundry in the room, which was a benefit because we had our infant son with us. Duffy's sports bar and restaurant and the West End Grille are 2 great places to eat. Looking forward to coming back next year! March 8, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay Our unit was a very large 2 bedroom with great beds. Furnishings were in top shape. Nice pool on the property as well. Staff was extremely friendly. Nice location and good for walking. Close to a number of golf courses and restaurants on the other side of the highway. The only downside was we could clearly hear people above us so suggest asking for a room on the top floor. December 8, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel This all suites hotel was clean, quiet, and convienent. Having a full kitchen was perfect for our traveling family! Would recommend to any group traveling to Port St Lucie! Only thing I wish they had was an on site fitness center. November 27, 2012
Rated 2 out of 5 by Guest There was a very loud family in the room next to ours. We brought it to the staff attention at the front desk. This went on each night we were there. We were not offered to move our room nor did the noise stop. Very frustrating when your woken up in the middle of the night by loud noises from other guest rooms September 9, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Golf Resort Strikes Gold The staff was friendly. We didn't need much but were pleasantly surprised at the HUGE suite. This would be great for guest staying on extended vacation or to golf at the course. We were only here one night. There was a huge ensuite jacuzzi which was a welcomed luxury after our long flight and drive up. The suite really is alike a large apartment-- with everything including a washer/dryer. We hadn't planned on staying here, but were not disappointed in the least. It was not very convenient to Disney, but we were on the drive up, and the price was right, and the room really was great. Would be great for families and golfers alike. August 31, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Everything We Expected and So Much More My family and I stayed here for the first two nights of our spring break. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa, and my kids loved it! We were in Port St. Lucie to enjoy the baseball spring training games. The location of the property was perfect. We had the baseball stadium, shopping, groceries and food all within 5 minutes. But the location of the property had just the right amount of seclusion for a relaxing stay. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals there on the property. Saving money on eating out every meal, allowed us to splurge on souvenirs and seats at the ball games. Every room had its own TV (not that we were in the room much to watch TV). So, the boys didn't have to argue over what they wanted to watch. And my husband loved the jetted tub after a long day at the stadium and on the beach. The staff was superb. They were very friendly and quite helpful when we needed to print our baseball tickets. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. We might have to make this a yearly vacation! March 25, 2012
