Really enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton... Room was very spacious and well equipped. Cleaning staff were excellent throughout our stay.. Very close to all major attractions. Security gated complex for peace of mind too. We were on a third floor villa and there wasn't an elevator in our section. It wasn't a problem for us but it's something to consider if you use push chairs or are disabled.. I noticed elevators were available in other sections of the hotel complex though. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

While the hotel itself was lovely, the welcome felt very unwelcoming.I had a hard time understanding the person at the welcome desk ..i had to ask her to please speak up...we were then directed to a restaurant that seemed overwhelmed with guests. Only one person serving many people and a long delay. When we went back to pick up our room key, so many people were checking in..resulted in another long wait. We then went to the Disney line for tickets and that was a bad experience.

This resort was perfect for out stay. We visited with the intentions of going to Disney and Universal. This location was great for both of the properties. The property was very nice, clean and the staff was helpful. The resataurants were good, not great, but it didn't matter that as much we ate elsewhere most of the time.

A timeshare hotel didn't sound terrific at first but believe me, it was. Well layed out rooms with pleasing furnishings fit for a modern, upscale home--not a kids' playroom. Plenty to do for everyone in the family and all very reasonably priced, in fact about 1/4 what we've paid for similar (but kitschier) digs in the area.

The rooms were very dusty. The TV had so much dust on them we had to wipe them down ourselves. The only thing they did for us was make the beds. Did not empty containers or pick up things or straighten things up. Not very happy with housekeeping at all.

Much to my dismay there was more than one strand of hair in the shower and there was mold in the shower grout. Additionally, the toilet leaked from the base everytime it was flushed. On top of that, I stepped on a human toe nail clipping in the living room. These are all things that housekeeping should have addressed prior to my checking in.

Nice place but the master bath had hair all over the place and we had to have housekeeping come twice. Also don't do the owner review there- they don't keep to the 1 hour review they promise.

The Sheraton resort was everything I hope it would be. The staff were very eager to assist you in anyway possible. The resort offers a lot of fun activities for both smaller and bigger kids. My two bedroom condo was very spacious and clean. The best part of my stay at the resort was "the staff" very efficient. Security check point get an A for every safety measure taken to secure each guest safety doing the stay on the resort.

I was completely outdone by the level of incompetence on the part of the food and beverage staff and management regarding bill presentation and posting. I ordered room service and was presented w/ a bill totalling 15.01 after dicounts that were clearly marked. I paid the bill in full with CASH and gave an additional $5 tip to the young man delivering the order. He insisted that I sign for the check in order to receive proper credit for the discount that I was entitled. I was billed for NO VALID reason and had the worst time trying to resolve this error that was in no way a defecit in MY PAYMENT. I was literally badgered about $8 and some odd number of cents that was never presented to me for payment at the time of my transaction. I paid the food check IN FULL! I resent the unprofessional hounding .The entire trip was sullied by this incident which was later translated as a negligence on my part by parties who phoned my job and requested payment as well as surrendered information to an individual who had no bearing on the matter. I have travelled a great many places via Starwood properties and never have I experienced such displeasure.

When we made our reservation we specifically requested 1st floor because we had 2 babies with us. We could have made our reservation online, however we called to make sure we'll get the 1st floor. When we arrived we had to wait several hours because the staff only offered us 2nd or 3rd floor. They lack credibility. The weather was rain. There were many many empty 1st floor villas, including the one next door to us.

This resort has always been one of the nicest places that we stay. We own several timeshares including Vistana and it has always been our favorite.
I have a couple of complaints. One is the way we were treated when we said we did not want to go the the meeting they always try to get us to go to. The guy at the Welcome counter handed me some forms and information but then rudely took it back when I told him that we were not going to the meeting.
Another complaint is the internet. DO NOT advertise high speed internet when you do not have it. I could only stay online for a couple minutes each day. I was going to try to do some work but could not get the internet to stay connected. I complained to guest services and they sent someone to our room 3 times. They got the computer to connect but the minute they left the internet kick off again. Please try to fix this before next year so I can at least check my emails so I will not get so far behind at work.
Dirty dishes and chipped glasses were in the cabinets. Need to add a large frying pan to the kitchens and a decent spatula.

I thought the Vistana offered great suites at affordable prices. The pool and other facilities were very nice, clean and plentiful.
My only criticism would be the restaurants and lounges. The menu was very basic and limited and the drinks were substandard and overpriced. By contrast, a local restaurant named Bahama Breeze offered excellent food/appetizers at lower prices and very creative tropical drinks for $7-8 while the Vistana's tropical drinks were very basic and $9-10.

Everything amazing, but Wi-FI was so poor in our building we had to all be close to the kitchen window to get signal. Neighbours just sat o the stairs outside.
I called the front desk, of course they switch me to Tech Support who proceded to read the cookie cutter script. They wanted us tho review settings, restart, etc. IT WAS SIGNAL!!!!!!! But of course their system showed everything was ok. I really don't appreciate when something is offered and then it turns out is not that way.

We stayed in the Springs. The exteriors of the units are somewhat dated in appearance, but very well kept. Our villa was very finely decorated and well eqipped. The screened porch overlooking a lake was scenic and inviting. The price was reasonable and the grounds and facilities were great! There are so many conveniently located large and attractive pools , excellent full-court basketball, and arcades for kids.
The follwing areas need improvement, however:
- Check in time is far too late (4pm) and check out far too early (10am)! It was also misleading when booking online because I was given a drop down screen and asked to indicate our time of arrival. I selected 12noon and also wrote a note requesting early check in to our room at that time. I had also made a request for a specific location. Still, while checking in just before noon, we were informed that check in was 4pm and there was no acknowledgement of our online time request. What is the purpose of the drop down screen w time choices?! Ultimately, an available villa was found for us, but not in the specific area I had requested. It turned out to be a lovely villa w a nice location, but did start out our stay on a irritated note.
-general store is so convenient and well stocked, but staffing is POOR and service is SLOW.
-lots of restaurants, but sadly of moderate quality at best
- the grounds have wonderful amenities for families, but the additional $5.99 per person charge for the mini-golf is prohibitive for larger families, and the extra cost for such activities was not indicated on-line.
It is a great property and reasonably priced, but upgraded restaurant fare, more efficient store, and clearer on-line information on check-in and cost of amenities would improve the quality of the stay and cause me to recommend Vistana to friends without warning them of these existing drawbacks.

We are owners but used bonus points to staff in a deluxe one bedroom, same great experience. Beautiful weather, grounds, location ideal. Only draw back still remains the constant calls to attend their sales meeting. Although if you say no they do just now hang up. Overall a great resort and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

What a wonderful experience. The staff received our specific requests for our needs, but when we got there, our room was not quite ready. Well, they went right to work to locate another room with our same requests that was ready. The staff was very attentive for our needs. The villa was spacious, and had everything we needed and more. I wish we could have stayed another week. The location is also perfect for visiting surrounding attractions. We were able to split our days and return to our villa during the afternoon rains or heat of day, then return to the parks later.

This resort is a perfect escape for families. There is something to do for everyone. In fact, there is so much on the property that you might not make it to Disney if it is just a short stay. In our case, the kids loved the pools and the entertainment (especially movie night).
That said, one should pay attention though to the check-out policy, which is not standard for Starwood. Preferred members are not extended late checkout at this property, which was a huge inconvenience for us because we had an evening flight and had intended to stay in the room until mid-afternoon.

Disney is just a few miles from this resort. Stayed in Fountains 2 section. Updated large rooms. Entrance door can easily be pushed in when not dead-bolted, so anyone can enter and browse through your stuff. Asked staff at check in if we could have a suite that was away from any major roadway. Fountains 2 is located right next to I-4. Road noise all night ! Blatant disrespect! Security personnel at gates were very polite. Heated pools were clean and loads of fun. Left a message for sales staff inquiring about available timeshare re-sales in older sections since we can't afford the new section. Nobody returned our call ! ? Bring bleach or bleach wipes to sanitize showers and tubs because we had hair and stains in ours.

Not one person at the reception desk could find our reservation and it took over an hour to locate my confirmation number. They were not going to allow us to check in until I located information that should have been stored in their hotel system. I received an e-mail confirmation number...certainly the hotel should have been able to find it.
Once in the room, we had no toiletries, no coffee or shampoo, etc. as most other hotels in the world provide, even those that have nightly rates of $59.00 or less.
Additionally, the bar was out of grapefruit juice!!! Where's the bar back? This is a huge resort hotel. If you're out of juice, for heaven's sake, send someone to get some!
In the morning, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door, maid service wanted entrance twice.
The discount ticket counter redirected us to a restaurant where we were told we would receive free cocktails with a dinner purchase. We ordered very expensive lobster dinners, which one would expect should suffice for a qualified entree in order to get their free drink, but were told after the bill arrived that we would receive only a percentage off of the drinks. By the way, our drinks were a glass of house wine and a marguerita.
All in all, this was not a good stay.

When we first got to our room the first day it was dirty including the bathtub have a yellow ring with hairs in it when I called about it it was supposed to be fixed the next day with our DAILY house keeping well after our day out we come back to find house keeping never came so I call about it and they sent someone to clean the bathtub and she still didn't not clean it. So after call 4 Times about the same tub I finally told them I would be cleaning it myself. To make it up the left a gift basket with snacks. This is a time share facility so that I where they make their money I would have done a time share with this company if my family and myself had not been treated like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

TV was not working properly and I called 3 times. 1st one: there was no engneer available to fix it, 2nd time: the person who come doesn't know how to fix it, 3rd time, they just ignore me.
They didn't clean my room, the lady said that she come early at 7:30 am and i was sleeping and she can't come again ??!!
the conceriage is another issue....
If you want to avoid incompetent unprofessional personel = avoid this hotel,
if You want to avoid headache during your stay - I recomend You this so problem hotel

We were so excited about using our vacation time share package we thought we would arrive and have the red carpet rolled out, boy were we wrong!!! We are ONLY RENTERS not time share owners so it was boldly explained to us. We first checked in and were checked into a dirty villa on the third floor and had taken all of our luggage to and then had to repack our van up go to the front desk to get a new room. When I arrived at the front desk I wasn't even apologized to or asked if they could do anything to make this situation better. We arrived at our second room which was much better. The service was less than good and then upon going to our meeting for the explore package we had instead of 1 hour it took 3 hours to tell the person NO!! He asked what we liked and disliked about the first time we meet with someone and we told her the pressure selling they do. Then he asked how our stay was so far and I told him about how terrible the customer service was setting up the trip and then we were checked into a dirty room. Miguel said that he would take care of us and make sure they didn't something for all the hassel. After the long three hours of us saying NO we aren't going to buy Miguel was mad and left and did nothing for us in regards to the problems we had just as I told my husband he would. This property isn't the property to stay at for the average Joe because they only really give the good customer service to the Starwood OWNERS!!! And don't eat at their resteraunts they are DISGUSTING like canned and boxed food and in Zimmy's two of the servers were clearly arguing right out in front of everyone in the dining room and for a disgusting meal it cost us $70 and we had to deal with the arguing!!! I love the room but that wasn't enough for me to put up with the rest of the terrible stay.

Front desk help was poor. Long lines and staff texting more on phones than paying attention to customer service. No follow up on problems and concerns. Very little attention paid to poor customer service.
I would not come back but would probably recommend to families.

Well maintained accommodations and grounds. Friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient staff. On site amenities like the Market Place, restaurant/food courts, various recreation opportunities, exercise room or just sitting on the screened porch has everything close at hand for a hassle free stay. A great value for a family on vacation or an individual on business for a night or a week or longer.
