Hotel was nice, clean and had nice facilities. Only complaint was that the sheets really did not fit the bed as well as I would have liked. But like having an apartment set up a great deal.

I can't say enough positive remarks about Vistana's Beach Club! It met everyone of our expectations. The staff is so friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms and clean and very comfortable. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. The location is perfect and close to great dining and entertainment. We consider this our home away from home! Ready to book our next visit!

Thank you Vistana staff for making my 50th birthday celebration unforgettable!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating, in fact they went above and beyond!!!! The property is gorgeous including the rooms.
I WILL be back :)

We stayed at Vistana Beach Club in Suite 503 in the Waterview building. What a beautiful view of the ocean we had! The entire unit was beautiful- marble countertops, great patio for breakfast or drinks overlooking the ocean. Good size kitchen, dining room table and very comfortable living room furniture. Flat screen tvs in living room and both bedrooms. Very large Master bedroom had jacuzzi tub and shower and beautiful view of ocean from the bed! Nice pool and jacuzzi and beach was beautful! We had 5 of us in 2 bedroom unit and were quite comfortable with 2 full baths and pull out couch. Chris and his staff are great! We will return again- soon I hope!

Location to beach & stores excellent. Reserved beach chairs set up every morning for our party. Chubbs brought us hot lunches every day right to our chairs. Ice cream sundays poolside in the afternoon. How can life get any better....

We were so pleased with our stay at Vistana. We have often stayed at other area chain hotels on the beach when visiting family and by far this was the best experience yet. We enjoyed the 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Extra space is always a plus when traveling with kids. Not to mention the full kitchen helped us save and eat healthier foods. They had everything we needed and more. The best part was the price, for all the extra space, ocean view, and convenience it cost much less than staying at a hotel with half the amenities. We look forward to staying there again this fall.

It is impossible for a hotel to be better located. I love the beach and sitting on the balcony reading and listening to the ocean.
Staying at Vistana is a treat. My wife and I visit at least twice a year. When we visit it is like coming home. The staff is absolutely wonderful!!!! They greet us with "sincere" warmth. They are like family!!
Any review would be incomplete without complementing the resort on the NEW GRILLS. We enjoy local restaurants, but grilling fish and steaks on the ocean makes for a wonderful evening.

Unit was newly renovated. Nice furnishings, new granite counter-tops. New tile floors, new curtains, etc.
Beds and furniture, although new, could have been more comfortable.
I paid extra for daily housekeeping service. A few notable items left one day and they remained after housekeepers were done.
Noise of construction work was bothersome to those travelling with me, before 0800.
No fitness center.
