Rated 4 out of 5 by Very nice BUT!! Although the rooms were very nice my room was not made up. The bar didn't open until 4 pm. Your work out room was small. With the things above I still would stay here the next time I'm in Ventura October 5, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Adequate but unimpressive Management does not have much attention to detail. Food was only so-so, though restaurant staff was friendly. Visited the pool twice, and both times there were dirty towels scattered everywhere, and no clean ones. I didn[t see any warning that you have to pay for parking. September 25, 2015

Rated 4 out of 5 by loved it--hated it The room was nice and clean,the facilities good,the restaurant great,but we ran what we thought was an air conditioner at 60 degrees and could not get under 80 degrees. It was horrible since it was 80 out with 80 humidity. August 9, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Good and not so... Fold out sofa bed was the absolute worst we have ever encountered. It was a joke. Springs pop through to top and there was a large dent in the middle forcing one to try to sleep on the very edge. Extremely disappointing. There is also a strange smell in the area. Food and service in restaurants was very good. August 3, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by Surprised this is a Starwood Hotel Front desk was curt and unwelcoming. Platinum upgrade nonexistent. Platinum amenity was a brown bag with 1 bottle of water for two of us and some hard candies (which we don't eat.) Platinum late checkout request met with annoyance and denied even though hotel was empty. Finally agreed to slight late checkout but they kept coming to the door, locking loudly asking when we were leaving; we gave up and left. Food was good. Waitstaff was good. Room was dingy, light bulbs were out, remote didn't work. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was dingy with stains and brown stains on walls and tiles. Entire room was uncomfortable from outside humidity that was present regardless of ac on. This was a $200 a night motel stay, completely unworthy of the Starwood brand. July 24, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great hotel My husband and I have stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Ventura Harbor many times and we've always had a great time. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, the rooms are comfortable, clean and have great views of the harbor. The staff is wonderful, especially Sylvia, she always takes great care of us. Rated 2 out of 5 by Poor front desk service!! Hotel is nicely located close to the beach within 15 min walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean but we were very disappointed with the terrible front desk service. No SPG loyalty appreciation. I had 2 rooms for our entire family. We arrived at 9 pm and kindly asked for late checkout. I knew the hotel was fairly empty the next day, which was confirmed to me by Immediately the front desk service said she could only give one room until 1-2 pm because they need to be ready in case they sell out all the rooms!
