Family Plan Policy

Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs will incur extra charges. Dining Children ages 3 and under dine for free in Lagoons Restaurant. Children between the age of 4 and 12 can dine from the children's menu. Airport Shuttle Children between the age of 2 and 12 years travel on airport shuttle bus at children prices. Children under 2 years of age travel free. Please note, there are no baby seats in the coach service.

When you walk into your room, suite, or villa at the Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas Resort, you will feel an immediate sense of comfort and harmony. All 294 superbly appointed guest rooms and suites and 100 stylish split-level villas have been thoughtfully designed to give you plenty of space and are perfectly complemented by the idyllic natural wonders of the sea and rainforest surrounding the resort.

All rooms offer a seamless blend of comfort and style, both indoors and outdoors. Deluxe Rooms feature one king or two double beds, spacious living areas, marble bathrooms, High Speed Internet Access, and iPod® docking stations. Each Superior Room has a balcony with tranquil lagoon views, while Mirage Rooms provide even more space as well as private terraces.

The Reef Suite, the Daintree Suite, and the Captain Owen Suite feature one or two bedrooms, separate lounge and dining areas, a kitchenette, a private balcony with ocean views, and luxurious en-suite marble bathrooms with a sunken Jacuzzi spa bath as well as a host of exclusive designer amenities.

Our split-level, self-contained villas feature two, three, or four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. Each private villa features individual luxury décor with a fully appointed kitchen, laundry facilities, a separate dining area, a sunken lounge area, and a private terrace. The master bedroom includes an en-suite spa bathroom and a private patio. Villa guests can enjoy the usage of our six secluded villa pools, or indulge in the two hectares of saltwater lagoon pools located in our main resort.
