A comfortable restaurant made up of many rooms, some of which can be reserved and are fully equipped for working dinners. Da Ezio has been run with kindness and courtesy for almost thirty years by Ezio, together with his son, Antonio who is responsible for the wine cellar, and his wife Maddalena who makes all the pasta by hand. Everything is totally fresh and really tasty, from the antipasti dishes such as Salmon and Bass in carpaccio, to the first courses Maltagliati with Porcini mushrooms and langoustines, down to the main courses with such recipes as La burridda, Palombo in walnut and onion sauce, and Bass with Truffle. The desserts are of a very high standard and the exotic fruit dish is notable. Also, there are almost 400 wines to choose from. The restaurant remains closed for on Saturday for lunch and also on Sunday. It also remains closed during the month of August.
