Outside, Hayashi Sushi does not look like much. Inside, behind the sushi bar, a sushi chef slices and prepares each guest's choice of raw fish or cooked entrees. A perfect blend of mahogany paneling, mahogany stained wooden chairs and tables, and the right mixture of light and dark gives Hayashi sushi the perfect Fung Shui ambience. Among Hayashi's rolls, they serve the Philadelphia Roll (smoked salmon, cream cheese, and avocado), Louisiana Roll (fried craw fish, crab meat, avocado, and cucumber), and Caribbean Roll (spring mix, avocado, cucumber, tuna, salmon, snapper, wrapped with rice paper). Hayashi also serves various entrees like teriyaki, katsu, and several combinations. - Erick Pettersen
