From the moment El Fandango opens everyday until 12:30p, they serve a Champagne Breakfast for parties of six or more. They serve favorites from both sides of the border, and each breakfast comes with a complimentary bowl of fruit and two complimentary glasses of champagne. For lunch and dinner, guests can find many of their favorite authentic Mexican dishes. El Fandango also serves dishes like Hauchinango a la Veracruz—Red Snapper sautéed in tomato sauce—and a Fajita Quesadilla. For those who prefer something a little less authentic, El Fandango offers a small selection of steak and seafood. For those with larger parties, El Fandango offers indoor and outdoor banquet seating. - Erick Pettersen
