Billing itself as "A Bar. With Food", this relatively new entry into the downtown bar scene is winning ardent fans. However the food is anything but secondary, with everything from a cheap array of gourmet bar snacks to fuller sandwiches and meals. The cocktails move ahead of the local pack with the addition of many extra touches like house-made mixers - the tonic for "Not Your Grandma's Gin and Tonic" is made in the back and mixed with celery gin. It attracts the young professionals crowd with a nightclub meets dive-bar kind of atmosphere. -deTraci Regula
