In a dining room that will remind guests of their favorite cantina, or any cantina they saw in a movie, La Fiesta offers Mexican food with other Latin influences. Along with their dishes, La Fiesta serves margaritas and more than 50 types of tequilas. For lunch, they serve dishes like Carnitas Uruapan—chunks of slow-cooked pork topped with pablano chilli strips and served with cheese enchiladas—as well as Filete de Salmon, salmon grilled with bell pepper, lime butter, and jalapenos. For dinner, they serve Mexican dishes that are popular north of the border like Chilies Rellenos, Tamales, and Chimichangas. La Fiesta also features a daily happy hour 3p-6p, and on Friday and Saturday nights after 11p they become Club Six28. - Erick Pettersen
