Just steps from some of the best waves on the west coast, Soul & Pepper serves breakfasts and lunch. For breakfast, many traditional dishes like Monte Cristo, waffles, and short stacks are available. As well, Soul and Pepper honors the memory of San Diego's own Dr. Suess (Theodor Geisler) by serving Green Eggs and Ham. For lunch, they offer soups and salads, as well as sandwiches like roast or corned beef, and ham and swiss. Soul and Pepper uses Boars Head meats and cheeses in all of their sandwiches, and all of their sandwiches include salad with vinaigrette or coleslaw. For those who want a more trendy lunch, Soul and Pepper also offers tuna melt, Rueben, and paninis. - Erick Pettersen
