The menu at P.F. Chang's China Bistro is extensive and varied, featuring traditional Chinese dishes from all regions and styles. The appetizers are generously portioned, and for a good value. The "lettuce wraps" are the house specialties; your server will prep the special chili dipping sauce at your table. Also try the pan-fried dumplings; made in traditional pork, vegetarian, or shrimp varieties. Chang's has an extensive wine list. Asian and domestic beers, as well as mixed cocktails, are also available.
