The husband-and-wife team that are the Cordon Bleu chefs behind this venture have provided Dallas with a relaxing, unassuming dining experience that allows the cuisine to take full center stage. Signature dish Chile en Nogada features poblano pepper stuffed with shreds of duck confit, mushrooms, pancetta and slivered almonds among a walnut pomegranate sauce. Croquille St. Jacques is served with avocado mousse with tropical papaya sauce and a splash of chile oil for spice. Desserts are crème brûlée, chocolate cake and churros with three dipping sauces.
