Steak Nite is an interesting concept in a city rich with restaurants. It is only held on Wednesday evenings at Off The Grid, a venue on the south side of downtown Dallas. It features community seating at large round tables, and the steaks are thick slabs of beef that have been grilled to order over an open flame.
