Named for the iconic natural stone arches off the Mexican coast, this authentic Mexican seafood restaurant is garnering fans who appreciate the relatively low prices. Its "lighthouse" tower draws attention from passersby, and live music perks the place up on weekends. The specialty is "Tacos Gobernador", a shrimp machaca quesadilla allegedly created by a politician, his wife, and Mexican singer Lola Beltran. While not all dishes have such an interesting pedigree, the restaurant draws from the catch from Pacific coast fishing boats and prides itself on fresh ingredients served up at low prices. - deTraci Regula
