Salt Lake Weekly's annual Reader's Poll has awarded Cafe Trang their "Best Vietnamese" award three years running. Here, traditional Vietnamese and Cantonese offerings are served in large quantities at reasonable prices. The dining room is dimly lit and comfortable, and the food is exceptional. Vegetarian meals are featured, along with an excellent lemon chicken. A special menu key denotes the spiciness of each dish. Domestic and imported beer are available, as is a small selection of wines.
