This half-century-old Chinese restaurant, Kips, has gathered devoted fans with the fried rice being a particular favorite. More adventurous diners will find numerous specialties with a more fusion-based philosophy, including an array of sushi items. Try the Dragon Roll Deluxe, which combines tempura shrimp, eel, and avocado. Wash the dragon down with a drink, anything from sake and plum wine to fine wines, draft beers, and the hard stuff.
