The inviting warmth of the Southwest is attractively expressed in this spacious venue overseen by Executive Chef Hanis Cavin. At Dakota Grill & Spirits, there is a wide variety of thoughtfully prepared entrees. A sure-fire winner is the Dakota Chicken, a rotisserie-roasted half-chicken glazed with an orange-chipotle sauce. There is an extensive wine list as well. If you plan to visit Club Rox after dinner, be sure to ask your server for a pass that saves you from paying the club's cover charge.
