Located in the heart of Montreal is the world’s largest Underground City, featuring 19 miles (30 kilometers) of pedestrian corridors, thousands of boutiques, restaurants, office buildings, universities, and local attractions. And no visit to the city is complete without seeing Old Montreal, where you can admire the Notre Dame Basilica and charming buildings dating back to the 1600s.
Visit the renowned Olympic Park, which includes the Olympic Stadium, Montreal’s Botanical Gardens, and the Biodome. Art lovers can take in the collections at Montreal’s Museum of Fine Art or the Museum of Contemporary Arts. There are plenty of fun ways to spend an evening out, such as a performance at the Place des Arts or baccarat at the Casino de Montréal.
Hockey fans will love seeing the Montreal Canadiens in action at the Bell Center. If you’d rather get out and play, there’s whitewater rafting on the Lachine Rapids, fun and games at La Ronde Amusement Park, and 18 holes at Golf Dorval. For those whose favorite sport is shopping, Fairview Pointe Claire is the region’s largest mall.
There are so many things to see and do that it’s impossible to get to all of them in one trip, so we hope you’ll come back and be our guest again and again.
