Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel
Our staff is got a warm welcome from Greg Stanton this morning as we prepare to open for business.
We are planning to reopen Friday, Oct. 31. Since the incident on Saturday, power has been partially restored as electricians continue to work on replacing a panel in the hotel’s electrical room. Part of those repairs requires custom-made parts, which had to be ordered. They are expected to arrive tomorrow.
The hotel is also working closely with the Phoenix Fire Department to conduct extensive testing of the building systems to ensure its complete safety. Additionally, hotel associates, including housekeeping and food & beverage staff, have begun preparing the property for its future reopening.
Other team members continue to contact Thursday’s incoming guests and groups to coordinate their relocation. Individuals also may call (602) 262-2500 for assistance. As always, more information will be provided as it becomes available. Thank you for your understanding!
