Fortis Properties is currently recruiting for the position of Sous
Chef for the Sheraton Hotel Newfoundland located in St. John’s,
Newfoundland and Labrador.
The successful applicant will work under the guidance of the
Executive Chef and will assist in overseeing the culinary team
to ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the kitchen.
The successful candidate should have the ability to motivate,
train and develop team members. Previous supervisory
experience in a high volume hotel kitchen environment along
with possession of an Interprovincial Red Seal would be
