Our #SPGTasteOfTheFuture menu has been created with sustainability in mind. Each course has been created to complement the distinctive botanicals in Pickering's Gin (only 1.4 miles from the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa!). Sea trout comes from the flowing waters of Loch Etive in Argyll, while rare breed pork is from an outdoor reared Pedigree Saddleback herd raised on a family farm in Dumfriesshire, Scotland.
